I always have a great experience at Sweetgreen, but today stood out thanks to Luis! His customer service was absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. This is a good location staffed by friendly people but the water machine went out and hasn’t been replaced for months. Also the replacement of regular chicken with blackened chicken in the harvest bowl is not good.
Great spot for lunch when visiting the Whitney Museum as it’s close and reasonably priced for NYC. The salad bowls were yummy and substantial, with a good selection of plant-based options, and the place is bright and clean.
