Came here today for a yummy salad and they did not disappoint. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad online and it was ready in 5 minutes or less. The restroom was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I'd also like to note I left my phone in the restroom and a patron gave it to the cashier for me. When I returned 15 minutes later my phone was behind the register for safe keeping. A+ patrons. A+ salad. I mean I'm not joking either. The one and only complaint I have is the full menu is online. The chain should make it available in store. The fish taco bowl, the buffalo chicken salad are both great dishes but not promoted in store.

I work in the area so been here different days of the week. Service is average speed at best. Asked for a light dressing had two different people put medium amounts of dressing on my salad for excessive amount of dressing. Handful of experiences like this cross my visits.

Been going to this Sweetgreen for the past 4 months basically every day as I work at a bakery nearby.
Quality has dropped drastically in the past 2 weeks. Manager at this location barks at his employees, I had an employee try to serve me two days in a row after not washing his hands and giving me a crazy attitude with his manager right next to him. Shout out to Daniela, Toby, Noemi & a couple other great employees at this location, but sadly I will not be returning for a salad contaminated with cleaning chemicals.

Do yourself the favor and when they ask you, light, medium, or heavy. Just ask for the dressing on the side. I asked for medium and the girl working there drenched my salad. They should really teach their employees the difference.

So disregard ALL the 1 star reviews because DANIELLA IS THE BEST WORKER HERE! She is smart, efficient, hard working and so kind! An absolute breath of fresh air in this atrocious city. The salad was amazing and I will be coming back for sure just because of the service I received from Daniella! Please keep her she’s great 👍🏽 ☺️
