Don’t really understand the opening hours… We came Saturday 6th July at 9pm, it was already closed…wa came for far away for nothing. Frustrating!

Omg wow!! Best service ever at this sweetgreen. Lola was SOOO NICE and SOO sweet! I walked in a random afternoon, tired and hungry. She immediately offered me a cup of water without me asking, let me use the bathroom even before I ordered something, offered to let me try various protein options I had for my salad (not something i've been offered anywhere else at the 5+ sweetgreens I've been to so far in NYC lol) and patiently waited as I figured out how to use the sweetgreen app for the first time. She was SOOO friendly and nice! She made me feel so welcome - it really was the definition of customer service. And I think she was technically off the clock as well. Just an amazing person <3 Salad was of course also delicious and just hit the spot! (Kale caesar, my favorite, I think I have at least 2-3x a week LOL)
Really wish I was able to tip in the sweetgreen app. Next time I see her I will order directly so I can tip properly :)
tldr; this sweetgreen location is the best and LOLA is the best <3 Shout out to you for making my day :)

Their salads are delicious but for an $18 salad they could have sealed the dressing better so it's not spilled by the time it's delivered. Next time I'll only order if I can do pickup.
