Love this place. You can request to have your selection of food prepared to your satisfaction.Vegetarian options: There are many selections which do not include meat.Kid-friendliness: Youngsters of all ages dine with their parents here.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance plus a ramp which leads to where you order your food makes it wheelchair accessible.

Please be careful when eating from this place, I was in the middle of eating my lunch when I realized something moving as I looked closer I realized it was a worm moving. This means they are not cleaning their vegetables properly, which is really sad! People can get sick like this. I’m happy I noticed this before I put it in my mouth as you can see I was about to eat it and who knows if there were more and I just didn’t notice.

mandatory tipping system is appalling. you can’t opt out and not give a tip at the checkout for a $18 bowl of salad that takes 1 minute to make. I won’t be back

There are some really great employees here who provide wonderful service and shouldn't be negatively impacted but there's a lot wrong here:1. Latest issue: tipping was mandatory on my last pickup order. Not just a screen with a $0/0% option, but no option to skip. That's insane and such a bad customer experience2. Recent-ish issue: they don't cap their online orders based on staffing/capacity. so you will order pickup for a SET time, hours in advance, and it won't be ready for an hour past your pickup. If you are doing this during the workday, and trying to plan for the 15 minutes you have between meetings to pick up lunch, you're screwed.3. Ongoing issue: No regular check of the quality if ingredients. Almost every time I go, one ingredient is bad: burnt rice, overdone tofu, broccoli that's all stems.

I generally don't do these yelp reviews, but I went to sweetgreen in Tribeca today. Being vegetarian, I had the hummus crunch salad, which was excellent. The main reason I'm giving this review, is to give a shout out to Lola who was my server. I have never had such exemplary and friendly customer service in a fast paced fast food establishment. Since I wasn't sure which dressing to get, she kindly offered a few to try. Truly unexpected and super nice! I will definitely go back.

Food was good, the service was normal.I do have a problem with their tipping system, when it becomes basically mandatory. Yes, I’ll always tip 20% to support the workers. But I am tired of supporting the CEOs that refuse to pay them a living wage (ps $18 is not a living wage in nyc)Down with this tipping culture that’s getting out of hand.Thanks for your copy/paste response.

Whoever hired LOLA needs a raise and LOLA should get a raise too!! Her positive deposition absolutely brightens up the space. She had the line moving, and had everyone laughing and smiling. She's making SWEETGREEN money!! I left a tip because of her.

This was my first visit to Sweetgreen and I'll definitely be going back. The cost is a little high for me to spend on lunches, but the customer service is worth the extra money. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every employee seemed joyful and like they actually wanted to be working there. This is so rare these days, particularly in New York City, and you forget how important it can be to your experience. Thanks to the team at 125 Chambers St, NY, NY!

So fellow foodies and visitors. Being a business owner. I walk into a business as a customer. When I am shopping or dinning I am a customer in those moments. The top of my list is customer service when spending my money. The team here at this location was above and beyond pleasant and displayed great customer skills. The staff who served me provided suggestions and made my dining experience a great one. During my stay one team member came out on the floor and cleaned the dining area. The decor was comfortable with room so guest had space. And the music was soothing and fit for a dining experience. One other important thing I noticed about the team on shift was their unity. I have been in other restaurants where it seemed like everyone was on their own. This team appeared to be a solid unit. I am so particular about my food and my dining experience. That if I walk into a place and it seems as if nothing is in order and the staff are not displaying team work. I walk out. My opinion is if your not together as a team than maybe my food and dinning experience will be effected. I was in the area working on a project. I will recommend this location to all my fellow filmmaker and creator friends and associates. Bravo chambers keep up the good work. I hope cooperate celebrates you for your outstanding customer service as a team. The time I was present was before five o’clock Saturday the 16th.

A new location just opened up in front of my workplace. Pretty clean and lots of seats to dine in. You can order pick up and the food will be ready for you to pick up from the shelf. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Parm and it was alright. I wish they gave a little more though because the portions were kind of small.
