First time at this location and it’s very spacious, lots of sunlight, nice little public “park” outside. The menu seems to have been updated, the bowls are bigger, great portions and ingredients and really attentive staff. Shout out to Ciara who was so sweet and lmk about the app which is also new—so there’s finally points now at Sweetgreen.

Do not get sweetgreen at this location. I got the new bbq salad with the COTE collab and my salad was sitting in a pool of liquid with the lettuce all soggy. I did not eat it. My friend was visiting from Out of town and craving the ceasar salad and was disappointed. sadly I think this made me stay away from sweetgreen for awhile.

Went here tonight for dinner and there was a large bug lying in my $22 salad. Sweetgreen staff said they could not refund my order, simply told me to call corporate. As I walked out I heard them say this was not the first occurrence today. I submitted my complaint online but am frustrated that this will be a multi day issue to get my $ back. Really gross and poor resolution of a legitimate issue.

Has to be the worst sweetgreen I have been to. I live right next to this restaurant and every month or so I forget why I don’t go to this one and end up getting it for dinner. I am quickly reminded why I don’t frequent this one. They are always out of something, the staff talk to themselves and will only come to take your order once you call over to them and the quality never lives up to the other sweet greens I go to near my office. If I could give half a star I would.

Wide choice of bowls both composed and modular on the spot. There are many fresh ingredients to choose from and the price is proportionate to the quantity and quality. We ate there several times in NY and always had a good time. Recommended for those looking for a healthy, light but tasty alternative

Horrible service , I came in to order a salad, the place was empty and 3 employees were talking to each other without paying me attention. After some time when I started to call them , one of them asked me what I want . After I said what kind of salad I like they continued to argue between each other and no one started to make my salad . After a 5 min of waiting I just left !!!!! So unprofessional and rude ! Never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone!
