Horrible service , I came in to order a salad, the place was empty and 3 employees were talking to each other without paying me attention. After some time when I started to call them , one of them asked me what I want . After I said what kind of salad I like they continued to argue between each other and no one started to make my salad . After a 5 min of waiting I just left !!!!! So unprofessional and rude ! Never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone!

went there tonight, the person preparing my salad bowl refused to give me bread because they were out of it. 3 seconds later another employee brought a tray full of bread for the people in line after me. The guy didn’t bother to check. And that’s on top of the several other times where one ingredient was missing in my orders. Always check that they put all ingredients if you ever go there

We stopped in after a trip to NYU to grab salads. There was a side missing, and the manager BEN went above and beyond to make sure we got our side, made sure he took care of us. He was a great reflection of what great customer service looks like.

So I ordered a salad from sweetgreen. The portion was ridiculous for $32 (picture uploaded). How do you guys serve your customer salads and not send a fork with it. I'm very disappointed.. 2 stars because food tasted good.

Very dissatisfied with this store. Since the beginning. The entrance smelled like dirty mop. It was hot and humid inside and the smell continued to the point I was about to leave. The stations were very messy and dirty and the service awful. No greeting, no eye contact. They serve with a very bad attitude. You can tell they hate being there. Salad was mediocre and I payed $20. My question is where is management? You guys are looking very bad.
