My salad was way too small (like half full), all the broccoli was just stems, I found chicken bones in it and a tomato stem, soggy quinoa. Sweetgreen has gone very downhill, not what I expect for almost $17

Used to be a lot better. 3 small pieces of chicken in the hot honey chicken. Food is dry and cold. Delays in online ordering.

this place is so inefficient just like most sweetgreen locations. They have a stupid process of putting your food together. when cava has an assembly line procedure, which is a whole lot more efficient and can process large number of people. they need to stop acting, proud and learn from other publicly trade companies, that work way more efficiently than they do. during lunchtime you’ll probably waste about 40 minutes trying to get your food. This is absurd.

Ordered online - was ready when I went in. Pick up is really easy as it’s lined up alphabetically. Lots of space and plenty of seating in this location. It was clean and the food was good. Just what I needed for lunch.Dietary restrictions: VeganVegetarianGluten free

Wow um, where do I start? The fact that there were 6 staff members and none of them wanted to help any of the customers in line.. I waited 15mins while watching the many workers just watch us in line- and do nothing.To the one girl making the salads- maybe you don't keep scrolling on your phone while attempting to make a salad that had I not watched you make, my salad would have been completely messed up with missing/wrong items. (I only ordered the Italian Chopped- no changes). Then proceed to ask me for a tip while scrolling through Instagram.I have never been to a sweet green with this incredible lack of customer service/work ethic. I came out of convenience but honestly, will never come back.
