I had high expectations for Sweetgreen, even listen to the company earnings calls and follow Jonathon on LinkedIn, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Quality control issues. Nothing worse than eating a harvest bowl and biting into multiple pieces of onion. How does it even end up in there? Also my salad was swimming in olive oil even though I selected a medium portion. I’ve been having Harvest Bowls for years but it seems like the quality and consistency have gone down. Difficult to justify a $15 salad when it’s made so sloppily.
