Had a great experience here eating the Shroomami bowl. I also tried the berry ice tea and the lemonade. Both are nice with minimal additives. Don't expect it to be too sweet (I personally like that it isn't sweet).

Excellent salad bowl at a reasonable price (for New York).
It went quickly, although communication was a bit difficult for non-native speakers, and there was no strong effort on the part of the staff. Unusual for the USA, but still: gladly again at any time!
Vegetarian options: 2 nice vegetarian bowls on offer

UPDATE 11/09/2025: I've been coming to this location since it opened at Rockefeller Center. I grab a salad about three(3) times a week. I've never had a bad experience, that being said, most days are average. Some days the food is better than others, hence, my initial 3 1/2 stars review. The store is always clean, the food is always fresh, and the service is always nice. There are a few workers that stand out. They go far beyond the call of duty...
