On Tuesday July 29th 2025 approximately 2:15pm. I was waiting for someone to take my order 3 women who worked there looked at me and continued too look at pictures on a cell phone and never attempted to come over to me. Poor customer service.

We ate at this SG multiple times on our recent trip to NYC and were so pleased with the quality of the food, but even more so, the service. The workers were so kind to my little guy and accommodating some of his “picky” eating. I am so grateful that we were able to fuel him with nutritious food while away from home. Special shoutout to Kenny for going above and beyond for him!

I ordered a cold salad. The chicken was hot which made the salad and dressing warm which was nasty. They put too much dressing and I didn’t get enough greens so I had a bowl of hot chicken and tomatoes. I was so underwhelmed to have paid over $15 dollars. I wanted salad in my salad. Never again. You can get a better salad at Chick-fil-A.

Passed by on a weeknight, clean inside, spacious, with a pick up order area and places to sit. The staff were welcoming. After you get your order the bags, napkins, and utensils are by the door on your way out.

I decided to try a salad and went with the chicken pesto parm, as is. They mix the ingredients before putting in the bowl but I found it had to re-mix it in order to integrate all ingredients evenly. It was a bit salty for my liking, but people generally enjoy salt. Flavors were good and veggies were fresh.

Paid just over $16 with tax and I was left satisfied and not hungry after eating. Will return to try other options.

As a former employee of sweetgreen; I have some idea of what it takes to make one exceptional and this location hits all the marks. The team members were cheerful and the one who assembled my bowl gave it a good toss. All the ingredients were fresh and generously portioned. The new Cucumber Kimchi Crunch Salad is super yummy! There aren’t many seats available here and so I asked to sit next to a man who turned out to be the manager. He was warm and welcoming — even wiped the already clean table before I set down and shortly thereafter brought me a cup of water. The music was groovy and the air was circulating. They’re all doing a great job at this sweetgreen and I left feeling really good about spending my money there.

Almost always late on mobile orders, often incorrect preparation. Have to go through the app for any issues and it’ll take a few days for them to fix
