Update: Beware of overcharges …been to this location again on 11/5/25 and I’m not sure why do they charge extra for chicken and goat cheese when these are already items included on the harvest bowl.

Went in at noon on a Friday and they had no rice. No steak. No pesto vin. No sweet potatoes. So my entire order. And the manager told me to just apply for a job if I needed to eat so badly at that time as they sell out. It’s an hour into service so they very much were underprepared.

How difficult can it be to serve the correct portions? This is the green goddess salad I ordered with 2 ounces of dressing. I received the salad consisting mostly of kale with a gallon of dressing and 1 teaspoon of almonds.

I asked them for a crispy rice bowl, shroomami bowl, and a kids harvest bowl. They messed up the harvest bowl the first time and did not put sauce in one of them. I felt bad after eating the food and threw up the same day. I think it was food poisoning. The service was rushed and a bit rude.

This Sweetgreen location is my go-to spot most weekdays for lunch. The staff is super friendly and always have my online order ready when I go to pick it up, which is great for a Midtown office worker like myself. The crispy rice and harvest bowls with tofu instead of chicken are my faves!
Came in for the new KBBQ Steak Plate — check out my photo vs. their promo pic. I get that ads always oversell it, but this beige/grey meal? Not even close. Taste was fine, service was super friendly, but for the price? Kinda feels like I paid for the photo shoot, not the meal. Marketing did its job though — I fell for it.
