This location needs to stop lying about their hours. Arrived at 8:45 PM, and the place was already closed - even though their hours say 9 PM. When I asked about it, they still refused service like it was no big deal. It’s unbelievable that the employees just decide when they’re finished working, instead of sticking to the actual closing time. If you advertise 9 PM, then be open until 9 PM. Period. I’m posting photo/video proof because people deserve to know how this location really operates. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered the Steak Honey Crunch salad through Grubhub, and it was deeply disappointing. Even a dog’s meal would have been prepared with more care. And for the record, I definitely didn’t ask for no lettuce. LOL

The salads here are better than most salad places but they do charge a lot. I like their dressings and I recommend trying multiple dressings. I wasn’t a fan of their not so fresh bread.

Dear management, I d like your attention and a raise and praise to a lovely and amazing girl who took care of me and my husband today! Not that she took care of us but she took care of 4 different customers at the same time! 4 plates boom boom boom! She made it so easy!! She was positive professional and highly efficient! She had no need to do all that but she did as line grew longer she didn’t care that other coworkers had one at time she did what’s best for Business and customers! As a restaurant worker myself we do that , but for a lady who works for almost no tips!! Woooo!! ♥️♥️ she is a star and I hope you recognize her (I didn’t catch her name but ask who was in on 11/11 and they’ll know!) she deserves recognition and raise! Or to go get a restaurant job because she is the boss!! Thank you girl! You made our day as this was something important for us and we chose to have lunch there!! Love you!!

I’ve never been more disappointed with a Sweetgreen order. I got the summer salad and the peaches were rock hard. I added grass-fed steak and it was just as bad—tough and inedible, with a taste I’d compare to cat food. I’ve been to this location before, but this was by far the worst experience. And if you order delivery or pick up, beware—they drop the thermal paper receipt right in your bowl while making it, so you end up ingesting BPA and BPS. Refer to picture.

We ordered two salads, and one of them was completely wrong. On top of that, the attitude and mood of the staff were very unprofessional and unpleasant. One employee was even snacking on chicken right in front of us with his bare hands. To make it worse, we even found a stone in one of the salads.
