Awesome place, no seed oils rocks, this should be go to place for both taste and healthy eating. Very affordable for NYC too.

I love sweetgreen's vegan "shroomami"--quite tasty and filling. Other branches of sweetgreen frankly are better than this one, which has no seating (but you can eat in Bryant Park across the street or at the nearby Whole Foods), but if you are hungry, in the area and willing to do takeout, this is fine!

Employee gave me attitude about asking if I could use the $10 harvest bowl rewards event. Said it was only for select members, and when I explained I had the deal and could use it on the phone, I just came in to order because i passed by, she still said no and gave more attitude. Also, in the beginning (another employee) I requested they didn’t add in the apples because I’m slightly allergic, but they said I couldn’t modify my salad if I wanted to use the deal so I had them add them on anyways. However, at the same time, they literally modified the chicken to roasted chicken because they were out of the original blackened chicken. I dont normally write reviews but this felt kind of crazy.

Food was great, just a salad. No atmosphere due to no inside service and no tables or chairs. We ate across the street at the park. The staff seemed to hate the job and felt bothered if you asked them something.

I came I during a lunch hour first time at this location as they were super amazing. Effiency, urgency, even with a packed store. All smiles! It was great team work. They were even super patient with me because I wasn’t all the way sure being that I usually buy my salad from the deli lol . Deff will be back. I order guacamole greens it was perfect.

I got the garlic steak protein bowl. They gave me the wrong dressing and it seemed old, not very fresh. The steak was dry and rubbery and the broccoli was mushy and cold. The sweet potato was good and the avocado I added was good and fresh. Since I added avocado I spent $22. I feel scammed.

if you go during off-peak hours the portions aren’t bad, but this location seems incapable of roasting their broccoli. every bowl i’ve picked up here has come with large chunks of raw unseasoned broccoli. this isn’t a chain-wide thing as other locations are still serving bite-sized roasted broccoli. the staff are friendly though!

I waited about 3 minutes before someone even greeted me to begin my order. Keeping in mind that the place was completely empty. All employees were focused on us restocking not someone who was waiting on line. I went to chopt next door instead. This was also 230 pm on a Saturday unacceptable in my opinion.

Today , I came to the place around 5 p.m. No lines , because It’s out of peak time. I ordered a plate form the menu, when they going through gathering cooking, it turned out they don’t have avocado and any pieces of the bread 🍞, that is included, but anyway the salad looked a small for the price of $17.
