Today , I came to the place around 5 p.m. No lines , because It’s out of peak time. I ordered a plate form the menu, when they going through gathering cooking, it turned out they don’t have avocado and any pieces of the bread 🍞, that is included, but anyway the salad looked a small for the price of $17.

If there was an option to give 0 or negative stars i would. I walked in to place an order - about to get into the roped off line area…employee said yes can I help you in such a judgmental and sarcastic tone very loudly infront of customers.then proceeded to ask me to leave the store. I would never spend money at such a trashy business. Go elsewhere. The food sucks anyway!

Good luck eating here with celiac. You will 100% get sick. Even their labeled gluten free items have breadcrumbs and everything is cross-contaminated. Staff are not trained for food allergies.

I went during the lunch rush of the work week. It felt kind of expensive for what it was and didn’t feel weak mixed/chopped. I got the Korean steak salad with chicken. It would have been cheaper to get the kimchi salad and add chicken. Yes, there was a line.

I ordered a bowl for pickup and took it to the park for a picnic. When I opened it, I realized the avocado was missing — even though I had paid extra for it. It was really disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to that part of the bowl. I usually love Sweetgreen, but this kind of oversight takes away from the experience.

Never order from Uber Eats from here lol. The item says there’s avocado in the Miss Glazed Salmon and this what I got! For $25 the portion is tiny!! And it was cold! Couldn’t even get a partial refund. Ugh

I ordered the hummus crunch, which clearly lists spicy banana peppers as an ingredient on the big screen menu. But when I got the dish, they were missing. If you're not going to include them, either stop advertising them or offer a substitute.
When I asked for a replacement ingredient, I was told I'd be charged extra. Extra for what? You're the one showing inaccurate ingredients that's misleading.
On top of that, the guy making the food had a serious attitude.
No wonder this place has 3.6 rating

Atrocious customer service. I placed an order in the app, but it defaulted to the wrong address (Bryant Park). I noticed it immediately, and even with a pickup time for ASAP (which estimated delivery 25 minutes later), they would not let me cancel, even with me placing another order at my local location. They tried to give me some BS about sustainability even though I attempted to cancel 10 seconds after ordering. There was no way they were already making my salad at this juncture. They may have gotten my extra money, but they have lost a customer for life. Will be contacting my credit card issuer as well.
