I want a salad with low carbs, gluten free, dairy free. Wish there are more options for fresh green leafy vegetables and sides. Or a combo with health considerations.

Great salads with lots of choice. Having visited several Sweetgreen locations, the staff at this particular location was considered as unfriendly. We decided to enjoy the salads, two Harvest Bowls in the park rather than inside, as there is no seating space whatsoever.

Service was fine, ordered online and took it to go. All of the food was poorly made. I love sweet green and this is the worst food I’ve ever had at one of their locations.

Went in today to get a quick salad. Everything was great and got all my options and extra sauces. Had a great salad. When I was paying though the cashier ask if I was paying with credit and after I swiped my card there was a prompt for tipping. It was really confusing as everything was detailed in small lettering and all the buttons didn’t make sense. I pressed three on the pad to see what would happen and as I saw that 3 selected the highest tip amount the cashier took the terminal and confirmed it. I don’t mind tipping and usually I try to give a cash tip but when you this cashier saw the opportunity he took it and was very annoying that he was just accepting payments for people. Not how that should be working assist and explain next time. Especially when there is no line behind me. Happened around 3:30pm 11/22/23.

Absolutely terrible location. They are not equipped to handle the demand, in person or online. Online orders are never completed within 20 minutes of the quoted timing and people are lined up outside waiting for their delayed orders to be ready. Do not visit if you are in a hurry.

Definitely avoid during lunch. Extremely slow service, which translates into very bad quality of the food preparation.

Portion size is so small. I ordered the crispy rice bowl and got the smallest scoop of blackened chicken. I had pay an extra 3.50 to get a regular amount of chicken at a halal cart for half the price.
My salad was really small for $19. I usually like sweetgreen, and I enjoy other locations, but this made me feel a little ripped off :(

Pre-ordered for lunch an hour and half in advance for a pick up between meetings, wasn't there, nor for the next 10 mins, had to leave without it. Appreciate they're busy, hence 2 stars, but don't make a time an option you're unable to make.

I ordered a salad with rice, sweet potatoes, egg, cheese, tofu, tortilla chips and dressing-it was $19. I ended up with 2/3 potatoes and 1/3 everything else and the salad container was barely filled snd barely had dressing. I would have brought it back but I had back-to-back meetings. It was truly disgusting! I'm never ordering from Sweetgreen again; will go to Chopt which is a few doors down.

I wish it had seating but plenty of outdoor seating at Bryant Park (if you’re lucky) or in Whole Foods just half a block away. I love sweetgreen because all of their ingredients are organic and they serve super healthy meals at prices that are reasonable. Very impressed with them and I hope to see more locations and more eateries following in their footsteps!
