I used the app to order ahead. Easy pick up. The team is very efficient to have all the orders out on the shelf.
Inside is bright and open. Mostly all bar seats. You just eat your food and leave. The ingredients are fresh. I feel this portion is smaller compared to other similar businesses.

Ordered on doordash and they gave me the complete wrong bowl. It literally said harvest bowl ON THE RECEIPT and they gave me some pesto bowl or something. I genuinely cannot even comprehend because it literally had what I ordered on the receipt attached to the bowl. Like the absurdity of it is actually making me mad because why would I spend the money, wait an hour for it to be delivered and then not be able to eat dinner because then by the time it is delivered the store is closed. Like okay!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT: I ordered from them a second time bc I was craving it and there was about an hour of them turning away various dashers assigned to my order and only cancelled it after like 2 hours of it first being placed. and then it was too late for me to find another location or anything. why keep sending dashers instead of cancelling my order after like the first two dashers that came to the store. I was so confused. idk why they couldn’t make my order either bc i ordered an hour before they closed…

I ordered pickup from here 3x a week for the last year.
Sadly, since the new year the portions became noticeably smaller and my order is often lost and not ready when I arrive, even when I show up 30 mins+ after the scheduled pick up window.
Hard to rely on it anymore when running out to grab lunch between meetings!
