I work in the area and have been a loyal customer to this location for the past 5 years - eating here just about every day. But, the quality has gotten terrible. $17 for barely any food. Former salads have had living bugs in them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere to Chopt or Just Salad.

The worst establishment I’ve visited in the city. There were multiple employees and when you walk in they do not greet or ask if you want to order. I had to wait until they decided to come over. The staff were fighting between each other. They gave me my plate without closing it and told me to pack my own plate. WORST EXPERIENCE. if you do not want to be a job, you should find another

Okay, it's a sweetgreen. You know what you're getting. But this place is genuinely a terrible experience. Even if you order ahead, your order will be ready a minimum of 20+ minutes after the app estimates. Furthermore, they clearly skimp on premium ingredients. Even if you order extra chicken, they will give you one serving. Portions are way smaller than other locations. Not worth your money at all

i have been a frequent sweetgreen customer for years. service has gone down hill tremendously in the last years but this location is the cream of the crops. the workers on the line and the manager. literally no clue about customer service whatsoever! so arrogant and rude. sweetgreen, please vet out better employees or i will be taking my business else where ! my salad was subpar and this location was disgustingly dirty. 10/10 would not recommend.

I am obsessed with sweetgreen salads but there is nothing more unpleasant than hoping to escape the cold for an hour while you have lunch, only to find that the restaurant is almost colder than outside (blowing AC down your neck as you sit trying to enjoy your salad, despite it being barely 50 degrees out)
