The kitchen clearly values both flavor and appearance. I value how they've crafted their space. I've ordered differently each visit and always enjoy it. I relaxed completely in this welcoming environment. Other restaurants simply don't compare.

I ordered plant the guy bring me different plant oil , tomatom ,onions and white rice with different fish than I showed to him at sylla’s resturant videos but everything is totally different but I eat because I don’t want to return the cooked foods after done in some time although the charge $28 is not that food Value.

I appreciate the restaurant and surrounding blocks. Their meals show both technical skill and good taste. Sylla! You really understand what customers want. I noticed his ability to talk with various customers. Our group treated it as something special.

Tasty food, warm and comfortable atmosphere and lovely, attentive staff. We had a chance to meet the owner which was very nice. Sylla is a hidden gem in Harlem.

I came here with a group of friends and we had a great night! I ordered the Dibi lamb with white rice and a side of vermicelle. It was so good, the lamb was flavorful and not dry. And this was the first time I had vermicelle but it was also delicious, especially the sauce on top. My friend ordered the tilapia with jollof and they were also delicious. The staff were kind and helpful and the portions were large enough to share. I highly recommend coming here. Also, they accept card except you need to take cash for tipping.

Amazing food, fresh fish and good jollof rice. the portions were very generous we had 1 fish and side of jollof with plantains for 3 people, total costs $50 very affordable. will come back for sure. the place was relatively empty so no reservation required

I just needed a meal that day but found a new favorite place. Food came out quickly thanks to excellent staff work. Their decoration style was appealing. They understand appropriate serving for the cost. New to the area, I was thrilled to find this spot.

Food is real good. but I found hairs wrapped around my lamb .. I’ll probably give this place one more try. Hopefully this time will be no hair in the food and it was long hair too.
My fiance and I went here on our first date, and we loved it! The peanut butter stew is the right amount of spice and the plantain fufu was delicious. The fish and atikeh were also so well cooked and flavorful. The portions are big, so we carried home to go. We’ll definitely be back!
