There was a pho Hanoi place in Manhattan that closed down during pandemic, for years there hasn’t been a good Hanoi pho place in Manhattan. To my surprise, I saw this place on uber eats, didn’t hesitate to try it out. Hanoi pho has a special place in my heart since I spent 1/3of my life there. The flavor is a bit on the weaker side but with the fresh noodle and crispy quay, they’ve earned the 5 stars. I didnt have nuoc mam at home, but if i did I would put a lil bit more just to complete the savory balance.
Can’t wait to try it at the resto with the Banh mi.

Excellent Pho, the noodles were springy and the broth fragrant. They even have salt coffee. Menu is limited, but if it’s Pho you want then I’m not aware of a better bowl of Pho in New York.

Not worth it.
Jesus this is damn good. Subtle. Different to the usual Saigon shack. Try the side sauces. Loved it.
Traditional style Vietnamese restaurant that feels like someone's grandma is cooking in the back. Got for the Pho and leave with the coffees

They've clearly gotten more busy for a newer restaurant, and their kitchen and front staff can't keep up with the demand. While dining in, after asking for water, I waited over twenty minutes before I had to remind the server. I waited over 45 minutes for the Tai Gau pho. They also served the same menu order to people who came in after me.
I understand there's social media buzz here, but they don't seem like they can handle their restaurant being fully occupied.
The food is just fine. The beef flank had solid cuts, but was mostly cooked through by the time it got to me. The noodles are on the thicker side, but are otherwise pretty standard. The broth is pretty bland.
The menu item I got doesn't really stand out to me. Given the insane wait time for pretty middling pho, I would have to be dragged back here.
