Had the Ap Chao for lunch here yesterday and it was delicious. Also nice service and love the vibe in the restaurant. Spent a month in Vietnam and while I am no expert this place really really hit the spot!
Pros: Amazing broth. Homemade chili & garlic vingear were nice touches. The Quáy is soft, chewy & not oily.
Cons: Noodles were overcooked & clumped meaning it was pre-cooked & sitting. Flank was tough & clumped so also pre-cooked & sitting. Flank cooks really fast so no need to prep.
