Full marks for food, excellent falafel, hummus and tahini. Huge portion and filled with perfect ingredients. Staff needs to understand hospitality service, service with smile, attending customers at the counter should be top priority. Atmosphere is good nothing worth mentioning though.

It’s fine. The food is just fine and served lukewarm after sitting in a heater for a while. Nothing feels fresh or exciting. You might as well go to Chipotle if you’re looking for freshness or spices, and you won’t be spending $18.5 there for a bowl.
The place had absolutely no vibe and felt like it’s about to permanently shut down soon. The two employees were cordial, but nothing out of the ordinary.

We had the great pleasure of dining at **Tain Mediterranean Kitchen** in New York, and it was simply amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff member at the counter. He made us feel wonderful right away – warm, attentive, and just incredibly kind!
The food was another highlight. Fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor! Every bite was a delight. 🤤

I placed an order online through the app, but was informed my payment did not go through and my order was not processed once in store. I feel this is an app issue at best as it should automatically inform you at checkout about the payment. Nonetheless, my order was prepared upon paying at the register. I ordered a falafel pita with several sauces and veggies. Once I was given my order, I walked back to my building only to realize the pita lacked falafel and several veggies i ordered. I was highly disappointed, especially considering the receipt i was given laid out my order exactly.
I only do takeout so no comment on atmosphere. Basically, this is my place to go to for Mediterranean style food. Always good quality, reasonable prices and it is always ready when I pick it up. Few places do as good or better.

The shawarma is just ok. Nothing more or less. The pickled onions were super sweet and kinda ruined the whole thing. If, like me, you want to taste the meat, and don't take add-ons, the pita is half empty. Granted - the server actually told me that ahead of time, which is why I took the pickled onions... Much better options in Manhattan. Wouldn't come again...
