The staff says that today (December 31, 2023) is the last day this location is open! They will close and possibly open a different location. So come by today if you want your Taco Bell fix on 86th and Lexington! I will miss eating here -- very convenient location, with friendly and helpful staff.

Today I was there for lunch with friends and would like to use the restroom. I asked the lady standing at the front of the counter if I could use the restroom since I saw the sign at the front of door of restroom. She told me to come back in 5 minutes. I felt could not hold anymore after a few minute also check the floor was dry. I told her the floor was dry it should be safe to use. She was unhappy with her impatient tone, “I told you 5 minutes come back, how many minutes passed now? I told her “The floor is dry; I am in urgent to use it.” She seemed not to listen to what I was saying, so I raised my voice again to repeat “The floor is dry!” She approached me to check the floor near the restroom door, pointed to the floor, and yelled at me “You are so rude!” She was approaching me to check the floor near the restroom door, and appointing the floor to point the spots which barely be seen with water. She said the water will come out when use the toilet. I told her that it might be your toilet has a problem related with maintenance issue not because the floor with water. She yell “you are so rude! I am not work for you!” I can strongly felt her hate and impatience attitudes towards me. Never been treated in any restaurants and services industries in NYC for my whole life. This is my first bad review for a place. Never go back to this place anymore. Ruined my day.

This is the smallest Taco Bell I’ve ever been but with the fastest service I’ve ever got. There is no restroom and tables are very limited. However, I was at lunchtime and I got a table easily. My order was Rolled Chicken Tacos Deluxe Box and it was very good.

This place consistently sucks. It’s a shame Doordash doesn’t let you specifically select the location you order from. They always are missing something or give the wrong thing.
