I was in there this morning November 1 2024 & I witnessed a disheveled junkie walk in, dig through the trash to retrieve a used cup and proceed to walk over to the soda fountain for a drink. Also many times I've witnessed the homeless/mentally deranged camp out in there without any resistance. Enough of the altruistic liberalism already.

I just came here, I ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito and added beans to it. They instead gave me the burrito with beans but no meat?? My other burrito I ordered with a side of sauces (that was all a couple dollars extra) and then they proceeded to tell me they put the sauces inside the burrito (the burrito is already supposed to come with some of those sauces). They refused to give me the sauces I paid $4 extra for and then when I went to eat that burrito, it didn’t even have the sauces in it. Rude staff who don’t want to do their jobs, they weren’t even busy yet I could barely even get their attention.

Nasty Taco Bell. We went at 1am and picked up the food. I got the cheeze it Crunchwrap. I only took one bite as it tasted like smoke. It tasted like a cigarette. And they shorted us a Cinnabon delight. Also it was soooo expensive

When I simply asked for his name, he didn't answer, then called me a liar and tried to provoke a conflict! This is completely unacceptable! How can you tolerate such behavior?! I will never set foot in your establishment again as long as you have people like that working for you! Total lack of professionalism and rude attitude toward customers!"
