I received really good customer services here by a worker named Pedro. I was having issues with the Kiosks not taking my order. He came from behind the counter, identified my issue, and immediately resolved the issue by calling customer service to fix the kiosk and he helped me find new items to try instead since one item was unavailable. He was very kind, sweet, and patient with me and made sure I was happy with my choices then made sure my food arrived to me promptly. Even strangers around us were complimenting him on how kind and helpful this man was. Thank you for your kindness Pedro! You made my day.

I made my order to go and waited forty minutes before getting my food. I asked multiple times from the manager if my food was up and was told no or dismissed. I finally got another worker and he was great and took the time to find my food.
I changed the menu and added chicken, but they put beef in. I buy an extra drink, but they don't prepare it unless I tell them.

The manager is super polite and helpful, no complaints there. But the other workers on shift around 9 AM on 10/17 had serious attitude. Specially the one with long jet black hair. Why tell me my order wasn’t ready when it clearly was ? Stop playing with people times.

do not come here. Some guy served me who had the worst attitude and was so rude. I ordered a chicken burrito and they gave me a mince burrito with no cheese... firstly service was bad and they gave me the wrong food cmon now. Plus it tasted like dog food.
