The dining room is in VERY poor condition.

One goes to Taco Bell for passable food and a reliable, repeatable experience. This place isn't it. It's cold out, and half of the dining room is occupied by bicycle delivery guys waiting on their next run from wherever. No one at the cashier station, one of the three ordering kiosks has a shattered screen. I order from a kiosk and receive a drink cup from a young man who has appeared at the front, no lid. At the drink fountain I survey for lids, and seeing none next to the fountain I take one from the pile on a ledge on one side. A young man scolds me, pointing to lids below the fountain... after a customer has touched a lid, no food handler should want it back, right?! Finally, the food comes out with a Crunchwrap and a taco scantly filled, not to the rim as I have had elsewhere, inches of dry tortilla facing dry tortilla....at least they did not add lettuce as directed! To add insult, an email receipt never arrived.
