***DO NOT EAT HERE if you need to make changes to the items you order. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell but I'll never go here again. Waited in line with other people while they also returned to the restaurant because their orders were also wrong. The new manager is unprofessional & pretty much blamed us for making changes to the items we ordered. I was simple trying to understand how my order was so inaccurate and she shouted at me accusing me of wanting to argue. PLEASE do yourself a favor and frequent any other restaurant nearby. This Taco Bell does not deserve our patronage any longer!!!

Very clean location. The staff are very professional and super fast and the presentation of the food was amazing. I noticed the kitchen was super clean too. The AC is freezing but I can see how it must be really hot in the kitchen with all of the machines. Best Taco Bell ive ever been to.

Sooo, I specifically ordered 3 items with specifics via ubereats and went through a whole interaction that was a bit overboard- for me to get home & see my order wasn't even half what I asked for. I paid for a sauce and did not receive it. I ordered extra ingredients and did not receive my meal the way I ordered it. The customer service could've been both nastier and better. From walking in, the employees had a weird energy that was also condescending. The woman who helped me - who, by chance, was not even the initial worker i came into contact with, was passively aggressive and extra. I understand doing your job is 1 thing, but try not to be an asshole when you're in the wrong - whether you're aware or not. Let's be decent human beings 🥲

Walked in… walked up to the register, and I was told that they would not take my order that I had to go to the kiosk and order on the kiosk. And he said it rudely not polite, totally unfriendly . They’re literally was one person in the entire Taco Bell and they were at the kiosk, ordering their food …personally I don’t like touching screens… ewwww ! so I left and never going back there again!!! Terrible service! It’s so obvious when employees are lazy and don’t want to help you. There was two employees behind the counter. Totally not a busy time in the restaurant to warrant this experience.

I do a lot of modifications because I'm vegan and my order has never been messed up. They even label the items as black bean/meat (my partner gets meat) to prevent confusion. They even give me all the sauces I ask for.
Vegetarian options: Black bean crunch wrap fresco style add guac and potatoes ?
