Tired of going to this SAME establishment everytime and ordering for either extra steak or extra chicken and keep getting the normal portion in a regular burito . Basically getting charged extra for no reason . What a scam

I came in with three of my friends. Four of us altogether. I was buying the 1st supreme combo for me and one of my friends to share. The kind worker gave us an extra taco for all of us to share.

the staff is consistently pretty chill. one time i got double my order because the employees just didn’t communicate with each other but they weren’t just gonna throw the food out so instead they chose to throw it into my mouth (pause).
Workers ignored me after I placed my order on the kiosk had me waiting for over 10 minutes just to tell me there sorry and the my didn’t even turn the slushy machine on, When I asked for my refund because of all this they refused and told me no when there was a lady who got a refund before me because her fries were

Kid-friendliness: Wipe the tables everywhere in Manhattan because people are cutting drugs on them especially an open place like this.

Ordered food there and asked for the code to the bathroom and they said it’s only for customers. I told them that I bought food there and that I am a customer but the lady at the register claims that she “doesn’t work there” and that she can’t get the code to the bathroom. Me being a young African American I don’t want to pull the race card but I’d assume that’s the reason for not giving me the code to the bathroom after I told them I am a paying customer. After that she walked away and was on her phone and I asked repeatedly for the code to the bathroom and both her and her coworker ignored me. I wasn’t going to embarrass myself any further so I walked out the store and went on my way. This experience was very sad and one I won’t forget.
