Went in for a simple order for a burrito and they completely messed up my entire order and I only noticed when I got home to eat it. A burrito made with No Meat! This has to be a joke! Spent well over $20 and even if I wanted to go back to bring the issue to their attention the workers hardly speak English. Just save your money and walk to another store. Definitely don’t recommend this location. So now I’m down money and still hungry! DO BETTER!

Every time I place an order online and ask for sauces I never received any. The sauces are what make the food taste better . Not once have I received any of the sauces not even today when I asked for 8 sauces. Not even one .

The food is always made well, the workers are great, but the prices are so beyond ludicrous that I can’t even afford Taco Bell. The $5.99 combo that you can get all over Manhattan is $13.99 here! WHAT?! I’ll get a combo in midtown and bring it home to reheat. A shame that this franchise owner doesn’t understand that he’s costing himself sales by pricing out his own customers in the community.

I’ve come here several times past 11pm and not one person has ever said hi, or even yelled out my order. Very rude, no greeting, very unwelcoming and very dismissive. The light skinned guy has been there for a while a regular ignores me and other guests. They’re either homophobic or just don’t want to work there. Not sure if they received proper training but I don’t believe corporate would be happy with “First impressions”. Overall, food was salty and overpriced.
