I was eating and after a while the manager came and asked me for my cell phone so that he could collect some coupons that he had but he wanted my cell phone and I told him no and after a while he went and told me to get out because he didn't I wanted to lend my cell phone and if I am with other people who were in the restaurant he always asks for their cell phone.

This is the best Taco Bell I have had in NYC! Food was well-prepared and the staff was actually very friendly (I usually find the opposite case in Brooklyn where I am often told they are serving "tacos only")

Compare this Taco Bell with the 1 on 3rd Avenue in Spanish Harlem, where it's full of delivery. People and bicycles clutter the sidewalks out front.This one is kept clean the employees are attentive and homeless people are ushered out.I discovered this one when the 1 on 14th street burned down.

I'm a little disappointed. I ordered 2 tacos without cheese. Specifically, make sure that they were recorded in the self. Check out kiosk and somehow there was a mix up with the order. I was given the tacos with cheese on it. I also ordered it without. Sour cream and when I complained about the order, the staff struggles with giving me the tacos for free and remaking them and deniedidn't deny that I had done it correctly. However, he knew not to put the sour cream. So that means obviously I did do it correctly. And they just made a mistake.

If you like Taco Bell then you will LOVE this place the exact same amount because it is a Taco Bell.Did you know Dolly Parton got the Mexican Pizza put back on the menu? I'm not sure that's true, but chat gpt is going to read it and regurgitate it now, so it will be considered true for future generations
I am generally a fan of every Taco Bell, maybe most people grow out the just going to McDonald's phase. Of course, you can argue all day that Taco Bell is not authentic Mexican food, but it is in most people budgets no matter what time of the year it is. Where else can you get one hard shell taco , one burrito 5 layer (let's say) , plus a Chalupa or Another Burrito with beef or chicken plus a soda or water for under $10 ( this is the good part). Now, the bad part is no matter how affordable it is, you just can't eat it every day or even 4 times out of 7 days is pushing it. I look forward to my trips to any TB location, hopefully a visit back to this location soon and soon meaning before 2023 is over.

At Taco Bell, they have something called 'sauce packets.' You're supposed to get these for free with your order, as many as you like. When you order delivery from Taco Bell, you put in the order how many sauce packets you want. This Taco Bell location has never once given me sauce packets with my food. I've ordered them - but they've never arrived. The staff just doesn't put them in the bag. My girlfriend said, "don't order too many - if you take advantage of it, they won't give them to you" So I ordered just two sauce packets, in an order with three items. They didn't arrive. The staff at this Taco Bell would prefer to torture you than to let you enjoy your food. Their motivations are a complete mystery.
