Order a new deal bundle and when I got it it looked no where near the promo I even used a dipping sauce container for scale.no reason it looks like this.

Constantly missing items from my order. Tacos and burritos (when I get them) are soggy and wet half the time. When I went to complain the manager says I didn’t check my order before leaving. Why is it on the CUSTOMER to check that everything is there and made properly? Horrible service. I suggest going to a different location if you can.

I ordered 2 Chelupa Bell bundles online from E. 104st and 3td Ave in Manhattan. .Was charged for 2 bundles. But only received 1. I'm commenting on the one order I received. The fry was suppose to be large but got an extra small in a large fry box.. I tried to call but no one answers and can't leave a voice message because mail box full.
