Placed order at kiosk. As I'm waiting for my order, they tell me a item is unavailable. I asked for a refund of my meal. The manager gives me a hard time and tells me, I am wasting their food. After being in store for 15 minutes, she finally figures out how to issue a refund. That's half my lunchtime wasted, being berated.

Homeless / degenerates hanging inside and outside the establishment. Of course the restroom and fountain soda are “out of order.” My order was missing all 4 packets of hot sauce. What’s the point of adding hot sauce to the order if the employees won’t even follow the order? Any Taco Bell eater knows the tacos are tasteless without sauce… Lights are dimmed so low except in the back kitchen, where the employees are sitting on the kitchen floor. You would’ve thought the business was closed or something.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it tasted like a cantina chicken quesadilla which comes with a lot of spicy sauce through it. And i didn't want chicken drenched in spicy sauce that's why i didn't order the cantina version of the quesadilla. I also ordered a chicken burrito with a black bean burrito with this order. And instead of getting a chicken burrito and black bean burrito. I had a chicken burrito and a beef burrito. And the beef burrito tasted like dry ground beef mostly with some dry rice. Very dry. I threw the beef burrito in the garbage after two bites. And the chicken burrito tasted like it had a salad dressing flavored sauce on it. All in all, my entire order didn't taste correct. And everything tasted dry and weird. I doubt if i will ever order at this taco bell again. 😒

the food was amazing, I went there everyday at night my whole trip, the two employees serving at night were very nice 😍
Very self serving kind of taco bell, seems like they want as little interaction as the customers do, and it works for everyone! We came at a pretty questionable time where this staff was going off at this presumably homeless guy who's been spending all his time at taco bell and using their resources, and it was definitely an event in its own right to see these two tough it out. Good food though!
