I couldn't even use the bathroom, after ordering because the security guard was rude then didn't let me, and it took so long to order. Why is nobody at the register?Then the security guard followed me even after I submitted another order for the second time JUST TO USE THE BATHROOM, until I told him off (this is after i reordered). Security guard for the bathroom said either pay for food or pay him. Why aren't you guys letting customer(s) use the bathroom? I would give zero stars if I could but it doesn't let me. Drink tastes stale like the cup it comes in and and food was lacking in content. Went outside and heard from another person, they weren't allowed to use the bathroom, even with an order. Horrible service, atmosphere, and food.

This is the first time I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it ACTUALLY had a real chicken texture. Lots of seating upstairs. If I’m ever in the area I can definitely see myself coming by. Especially with how crowded other spots like chick fil a in the area can be.

Greatest Taco Bell employees, they forgot my 2 Mexican pizzas on my original order for pick up, then I uber eats from same Taco Bell and they sent 4 pizzas, and 3 coupons, dedication to the game, great work

Hello, the “security guard” that was on duty on 5/9/25 of the hours of 8-9-10PM is Extremely abusive not only did he creepily and disrespectfully stare at me and made me uncomfortable he watched me go to the bathroom and after only 4 minutes banged ferociously on the door for me to get out. When I left the bathroom he was sitting on a chair. He was very rude with telling me that one other person was waiting to use the bathroom. And then when he saw me trying to reEnter the bathroom 4 minutes later he accused me of not being a customer with no proof and verbally abused me while being aggressive and abusing his authority and raised his voice to me with mutiple customers watching nervously. He was very unprofessional and does not deserve his position if this is how he treats anyone that walks into Taco Bell. I am a 21 year old woman, your woman customers or otherwise deserve to feel safe and not have a much older man make us feel in danger. I would recommend sensitivity training.
