I had the pleasure of being served by Manager Juan Cabrera during my recent visit to Taco Bell. His excellent customer service truly stood out. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His professionalism and genuine care for customers is commendable. Juan's service was the cherry on top of the delicious meal. I highly recommend visiting this Taco Bell location for a top-notch dining experience. Kudos to Juan and his team! ???
Edit. Tried again. Workers still stupid and useless.Full mental capacity with no interest in using it. Definition of retarded.Not even a single brain cell shared here. Putting beef in a black bean burrito, waiting 20 minutes for them to give me a cup and sauces that I ordered. Useless people here.

Impressed at how quick this location moves and the food was actually good! Order online, at the kiosk, or counter. They call out your name when the order is ready vs other locations that also have a monitor with order names. Also, be sure to order your sauce packets when placing the order. There are no buckets of sauce packets out in the open. They keep them behind the counter. I'd prefer them out for me to pick up, but I guess this keep things more organized & clean. My black bean Crunchwrap was pretty good & I like that it was hot & they didn't skimp on the filling like most other locations. Bean burrito was decent too but definitely needs alot of sauce. Seating is primarily bar stool table tops. Not sure if there's a restroom. Nice NYC style artwork.

First time in nyc ,and first time in a taco bell. It was great ,we ordered on little tablets ,paid and got our food. Service was great ,the food is a 9.5/10 and the atmosphere was really good too because of the slightly dim purple lights.

The restaurant is very small and totally overcrowded. I have rarely eaten at such a dingy and dirty fast food restaurant. However, the food was very tasty, fresh and also hot. I would recommend this, but take the food away due to the terrible atmosphere in the restaurant.

Super crowded and busy since the restaurant is not too big. There are not enough employees as well, which makes the place dirty, messy and long time waiting for the service.
I finally got to know them and I loved the way they were cared for. The taco product itself breaks very easily but is very tasty but expensive. We chose a package and I loved the burrito, I would like to try it again.The establishment is very clean and they have ordering machines. Good recommendation.!!!
