This place is disgusting. I ordered delivery and there was a tooth in my food. It should be shut down.

Me and my mom came here years back and since I was in Harlem I felt like coming back. After having gone to San Diego.
I brought my friend this time.
The interior is small and cramped depending on if people are coming in and out.
They have some combos they promote on the flyers.
I ordered 3 tacos (carne asada, pollo asado, and lengua) with chips and guac.
Total was $25. Which is kind’ve pricey to me.
The chips were not bad. I like the guac it was flavorful.
They give you the tacos with no sauce so it’s up to you how you want to eat it. The steak was seasoned well and cut up into bits. The pollo asado was good. The lengua I wish it could’ve been a little more tender than crispy.
I seen a couple people grab the fried chili so I did the same. I ate it with the tacos and honestly if you like spice try it. My mouth was on fire lowkey but that was my favorite part.
Service took a min. I would come back but it’s not to go crazy over.

The selection is surprising with standouts for me being Al Pastor and the Enchiladas Calabazas are excellent and not something you're likely to find done quite the same way nearby. The amazing smell of the food being made in front of you for the ten people ahead of you will keep you occupied until you get there. The place is always grinding so the food is hot and fresh and the people making it seem never to slow down. Great value too, excellent portion size. Flavors are usually unique and memorable.

I had a grilled chicken burrito from Taco Mix and overall it was pretty good. The chicken was flavorful and the portion size was satisfying. However, the sour cream was only on one side of the burrito, which made for an uneven bite, kind of disappointing. I also tried the verde tomatillo sauce, which was advertised as spicy, but it turned out to be just sour with no noticeable heat.
Pricing is fair if you order directly, but I noticed it's about $0.50 more expensive when ordering through Uber Eats.
Quality of food has dropped horribly these past 6 months they are charge 7 dollars for tacos just for them to be smaller than they were 6 months ago … I understand inflation is a big problem but the quality should never change if you are charging more money

$22 for this very underwhelming burrito bowl. Steak was hard to chew. My food was ready in less than one minute when ordering in the store. Now I remember why I never come here anymore. A lot better options in the area

When I first started ordering from here about a year and a half ago the food was really good and became my go to for mexican. However the price went up my usual order that would cost $13 was $16 and the food also started to become a hit or miss. Sometimes it was good other times it was burnt or cold. Now the price is $17.50 for a burrito. Thats absolutely ridiculous and has become unaffordable for me to buy my usual from here. Who has nearly $18 to spend on a burrito?? If you want steak it’s an extra $1.50 thats almost $20 for a burrito…. Please be more considerate of your customers. I wish to keep being able to afford to eat here because when it’s good it’s really good but i cant justify spending that much anymore.
Tasted better when it was still cheap
