I was told to give up table when there’s barely people in the restaurant. There’s were so many tables open for the waiter to use . It wasn’t like I didn’t order anything. I would understand the restaurant was super busy but there customer using their laptop and dinning in .

It was really busy tonight so I can appreciate the stress. After waiting 90 mins and the staff at pickup shouting orders were cancelled I left. They are now refusing to offer a refund as my food is ready 2 hours later. I had a really disappointing conversation with the manager.

I was impressed with the cantina ambiance, but the service was terrible!! We (a group of two) were asked to move to a smaller table as I had my taco in my mouth, so they could accommodate another, which I understand but was poor planning on their part. Also, I waited over 30 minutes for the check. FYI tacos are somewhat spicy, I wouldn't have thought so much being in NY. I've had much better in NY.

We had our daughter's 13th birthday party here and it was fantastic. Jennifer helped me plan it and she was very communicative and responsive. Everything was very easy. She sent a menu and we chose our options. She was flexible with the number of people since we didn't have an exact count until the day before. We brought our own cake and they cut it and served it for us. The food was delicious. The server was excellent and very patient with a large group of 13 year olds! We will definitely do another dinner party here again.

The least reliable restaurant I’ve ever been to. The first time I ordered, they delivered the wrong delivery, tried to refuse to reimburse, then said they could reimburse with a two week wait period. Second time, they gave a 40 minute time estimate, and ended up taking over 1.5 hrs, both times they were virtually unreachable by phone. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else

First time dining in, food was decent, really liked the ribeye taco. We decided to get more tacos after finishing up a couple of items we had to begin with. We were waiting for some time and we were wondering when they would come. After quite a while, we decided to just go ahead and pay because we didn’t know if the order was placed for the extra tacos. Also, getting a server to pass by our table so we can get the check took some time as well. After getting the check, we saw that the extra tacos were added to our bill but we never received them but they adjusted it to the correct amount. Overall it was a decent experience.
