This taco truck feels a bit like a hidden gem. Came across it while wondering around the Wall St. area and gave some tacos a try. I tried a new type of taco that I never had before which was this goat barbaccoa (chivo), which was amazing and very flavorful. I can't recall any taco truck or brick-and-mortar that I've been too that offers this, so I felt that was very unique and will get me to come back. The Al Pastor was also pretty banging. Fresh, juicy with pineapple, and very flavorful. We got some Jarritos as well and they were really cold which was delightful on a hot summer day. This truck definitely exceeds expectations, I highly recommend hunting it down and giving it a shot.

This taco truck is on a relatively calm street. You can post up next to the truck at a folding table to eat. The people in the truck are friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken tacos. The chicken was nicely marinated, but not quite as juicy as I prefer. The tortillas were handmade and fresh. The toppings were generous and fresh. I recommend tacos here if you're in the area and craving tacos.

Best ever! Flavorful, fresh. The vegetable tacos are perfection, which is rare. And the people are SO nice.

Awesome pastor, barbacoa tacos. Offered red/green salsa and served on separate plates so it was super clean and easy to eat. Friendly and great prices, absolutely fantastic for street food. Thank you!

Great little food truck serving up tasty authentic Mexican food from cholula area. I really enjoyed the Cemita which had authentic quesillo (from oaxaca) and a perfectly fried milanesa. There are a lot of good options here all at reasonable price points. I believe it is cash only.

Got tacos late at night. The Al Pastor was definitely better than all the other options. A little pricy but decent food

Does anyone know what happened? Did they move spots? Hasn't been on Ave A & 2nd st in weeks.

For street cart tacos: Tacos Cholula is surprisingly good. My girlfriend and I needed a bite to eat before grabbing a drink one Ave A one Friday night and decided this was a better choice than dollar slice pizza. This tiny cart has a big menu (tacos, burritos, cemitas, et al), and all for pretty cheap. She ordered two chorizo tacos and I snagged an al pastor and a barbacoa. At just $3.50 a piece (a dollar more for the barbacoa), it was a good deal. The al pastor was juicy and just smoky enough while the barbacoa was fall apart tender. All in all: a solid choice if you're out and about on the block.

The food was underwhelming and even at my hungriest, I couldn't finish my food. the chicken was flavorless and the rice was hard like leftovers from the fridge. If the people who owns this "establishment" are reading: GO TO TACO TRUCK!!! its on Jamaica ave and 144th.....please eat their food and learn how to make tacos and AUTHENTIC Mexican food. You will notice the line is always long and people dont mind waiting because ITS GOOD!!!! what you are serving those pasty faces down by wally is ridiculous......

My favorite tacos in nyc so far!! All of the spicy sauces are delicious and the taco itself is not heavy and has fresh herbs. One is filling but get more because theyre so good

Tacos are plenty big, great bang for the buck! Had the chicken tinga, carnitas and al pastor. Meat was flavorful and tasty, if you want an extra umph ask for salsa with it too (it's spicy and delicious). Definitely going to explore beyond the tacos.
