Delicious food, quick and easy! ordered the breaded chicken torta for $10 and got a huge sandwich that would be $18 anywhere else in nyc. Stuffed with avocado in every bite! Literally going again tomorrow.
This place used to be Grito, and it's now under new ownership. They don't have their liquor license yet, but the food was good, and the staff was attentive. I will definitely be back to try their breakfast options.
On my most recent visit I had the pozole, sincronizada (like a ham and cheese quesadilla), and a chorizo taco.The chorizo was nice and spicy.The pozole was phenomenal. The soup came with a place of sides, which included crispy tortillas and a lovely black bean spread for the tortillas.The small pozole and taco were so filling that I took the sincronizada to go.The food is delicious and fresh. The service is good. The prices are reasonable.
