Really solid falafel, if not exploding with flavor, it was still delicious. Almost 5 stars but not quite because of playing it safe with the spices. Perfect ratio of tahini, tomatoes, cucumber, ask for pickles. Actually, you can request any item from their little display and it’s included…feta, marinaded garbanzos, etc. It’s quite good! Pricing is reasonable. Music is good. You just sit at a counter facing the quiet street.

Updated March 3,2024:I will not recommend or go back unless there are major changes to the food quality. The food was awful. The falafel was hard like a rock, the pita was old, and everything was soggy/damp. I'm really upset, I loved and highly recommended Taim for years. I wanted Einat to make my birthday cake. But I believe she's expanded too much and doesn't pay attention to the quality. When this was the only location, it was amazing. Since she's opened up so many other businesses, she forgot where she started. The other Taim locations were never as good as the original, but now with all her other restaurants this is inedible. Please, if this gets to Einat, please please fix it! I used to love this place. As for now,I can no longer recommend it.Original review from 2018:My favorite falafel in the world! And the sabich... Pronounced sa-bee-kh it's just out of this world. Extra pickles and cabbage are a must. The fries and the lemonade just sweeten the deal. Crispy and a delightful aioli dip for the fries and a flavorful combination of ginger mint in the lemonade make it unlike anywhere else.Seating is non existent but there are a few stools. Eat it right away and bring some home for later....

Enjoyed the HUMMUS + ZA’ATAR PITA from Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen. It was a delightful treat with authentic flavors. Nicely done!

I just read a review of this place from two days ago and have to agree, I used to love this place and I don't know if it's so quiet out and the place was dead but I'm so disappointed, nothing seemed to be cooked fresh anymore and found everything tasteless and cold, I remember when you could get the platters and it used to be fantastic, I think maybe if it was lunch time it's hot and fresh but not tonight,

So disappointing. I haven't been to this location since before Covid and the falafel Pita and babaganoush were unparalleled until I returned today. The falafel was all crispy and the baba was red. The falafel used to be soft and fluffy and the baba had no red. I used to rave about this place and I don't know what happened. The falafel sandwiches used to be perfectly layered with beautiful fermented cabbage salad, pickles and tahini. what I got today had cabbage that was crispy and not fermented like it used to be. All the ingredients were slammed into the bottom of the sandwich with the overly crispy falafel on top so when I got to the bottom the pita was all wet. So disappointing! Please bring back the quality food that I remember

Fast service, healthy and delicious food. Great place for lunch But their website is a nightmare - be prepared to spend 30 minutes to set up the payment for first time order.

Been going here for years. I was skeptical about the menu change, because I loved the simplicity of the place. However, the new bowls are truly a delight. I’ve yet to try the other protein options, but I love all of the new add-on’s that come with the bowl. The whipped garlic sauce is absolute necessity. Taim remains a favorite of mine.Vegetarian options: I believe some other locations have started serving chicken, but this place has remained 99% vegan. I believe the only non-vegan option is the tzatziki sauce.
