Christopher and his team at Taj Restaurant & Lounge are unmatched for customer service, party planning and value. He is always available for working out details and making suggestions. The team has helped me with multiple company holiday parties through the years for 100 to 270 guests who rave about the environment, food, and music. Open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet, DJ, photo booth and even the lighting, security and coat check were managed expertly and impeccably under Christopher’s watchful eye. When we unexpectedly had additional guests, he worked with me to accommodate. I would recommend this team to anyone.

The Saturday Brunch was fantastic. The music was popping, the wait staff kept the drinks and food coming. The crowd was a mix crowd but everyone was partying together. I would go again and recommend it.

This place is obviously one of the tastiest restaurants in the neighborhood. Every time I come there I am highly happy. They hold their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You will be always satisfied with this place. Very recommended.

The service was sociable and attentive. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I liked.

This place has really bad hygiene standards and the food is the worst Indian I’ve ever had.

Wrolf

Only Indian place left on East 6th, live music.

A little surprised by the strong reviews here. The food is standard, some things seem fresh and others (like the samosas) seem frozen. My lassi had chunks on the bottom!!! The beer was warm and flat. I'm worried about this place, the staff seem very nice but the food is unsettling. Fried onions was so greasy, butter chicken tasted so sweet and oddly spiced.
