I can’t speak on the food because I didn’t get that far, but the customer service was terrible. The older gentleman working there was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. Definitely not the kind of attitude you’d expect from a business that wants customers.

$22 everything bagel with a butter-sized portion of cream cheese. I asked toasted, they said it was warm, it was cold. I asked for a napkin and was shunned. I asked for more cream cheese than the butter portion. They gave it to me. Skip it. Not like the UES Taj Bagels.

The slowest service ever. 9 people behind the counter and yet you have to wait forever, they keep asking again and again what is the order cause a mini after you order from them they forget what you wanted. Never experienced such slow and tired service. Always disappointing.

One of the worst bagels I have ever had. Went in for a lightly toasted sesame bagel with ham and mayo. The bagel was burned and the ham was store cooked or something else (not Boars Head), and definitely not fresh. $14 for a disgusting sandwich that I had to throw away. So pissed.
