This is by far a health hazard they use a knife to get the bagels from the upper part of the of the rack. And they all have on one damn glove which is stupid. So I went in order three bagels two with cream cheese. The guy dug his hand in my bagel the one with out the glove then scooped cream cheese on a knife dropped it between two bowls grabbed it up and put it on my damn bagel!!!! I was shocked I just don’t understand the 🤢 nastiness I just walked out and left the order. good thing I didn’t pay yet. I will never ever come here ever again I will always go to (Liberty Bagels) they are the best in the city trust me made fresh and taste so good.

We were looking for a little snack in between. Tal Bagels came highly recommended to us; but somehow it wasn't cool.
It wasn't particularly bad, but the bagel wasn't convincing. We had a regular bagel with cream cheese and spring onions for $7 (!). For such a crisp price, the bagel was surprisingly not crunchy.
Maybe I have to go there again another day.

The most disorganized bagel shop I’ve ever been to.
Inconsistent quality and terrible service
Doesn’t feel clean in there

Very disappointed with the service. I come here very often due to lack of alternative bagel places nearby. Most of the staff is very inattentive. I asked for a toasted bagel, I got a cold one. I asked to add a sugar substitute, I got none and had to get up and ask the guy again. I asked to be charged through debit, the guy just swiped my card through credit. This is too much of not listening and disregarding a customer’s wishes. Again, if I had an alternative, I wouldn’t rather go there.

Got a plain bagel with cream cheese, it came cold and stale. The price charged didn’t not match the quality.
An employee knocked a whole cup of coffee over me in an accident, and instead of apologizing and offering to pay for the dry cleaner for my jacket or even just apologizing they blamed it on another customer who had moved the coffee and we’re just general rude. The bagels are decent but I don’t think I’ll be back with this kind of behavior.

I was in the area and needed to grab a quick bite. Although the bagel was crispy on the outside, it was not fluffy on the inside. They did give a decent amount of lox spread…..but $9.26 including tax. Need I say more?

Although there are long lines of people waiting in store they have more people working on takeout orders.

Don’t know how this can be called an everything bagel. It’s tasty, but service was nothing special and vibes were just fine.
