Don’t mind the employees; I have no idea why half of them are grumpy. They make great bagels & sandwiches. Fresh OJ is nice, fish is excellent, pastrami is top notch, and their bagels are the style I love. The line starts at the other end of the counter; keep an eye out for the sign.

Nice area in back to sit, read and enjoy your coffee and bagels. A little chaotic at the ordering area and seems they need better signage and someone in charge. Appears no one is in charge. On next visit, I got WW bagel with egg and bacon.

Hell no. $6.75 for bagel with cream cheese?! Literally Crooks! way over priced and I watched the guys wipe the bowls with the rag. It was just a disgusting thing to see.

Very good bagels, plus they give more than a schmear of whatever it is you want on your bagel. I've been here multiple times and it is a consistent experience. If you don't want to toast your bagel, make that clear.

Honestly the worst bagel in UES. They were messing up everyone’s order. They couldn’t even cut my bagel right. One half was paper thin the other was pretty much the entire bagel. They aren’t even good bagels. No excuse for a rushed and rude staff.
I’ve given this place way too many chances. I’ll be going to pop up or h&h.
Prices might be a bit on the upper (east) side, but we really thought it was worth the money. Very friendly and welcoming service, high quality salmon and imo the everything bagel was on point. Would recommend.

The food, staff and service is great however the place isn’t as clean as other bagel spots around the area. I spotted a roach in the coffee station and other few under the table. After all a lot of NY restaurants you’ll find some kinda infestation of some kind. It wasn’t terrible but not as clean as some other places around the block. Otherwise the food and service is fantastic and the locals love it. I really like their cream cheese bagels. They sometimes treat you in bonus cookie or brownie treats. The staff are super friendly and good at remembering your previous orders. It can get really busy at times. I can easily recommend this place for anyone that is looking to grab breakfast on the go.
