Love it, I visited it before but this time I went with a couple friends from Colombia and they just loved it
It's always a pleasure dining at TAO. The service was excellent as well as the atmosphere.
We had the most amazing experience at Tao's Endless Brunch! I brought my work team for a staff appreciation outing, and it could not have been more perfect. The food was absolutely incredible and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was stunning: energetic, stylish, and elevated, making the whole experience feel special from start to finish. My team was blown away, and it was the perfect way to celebrate them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a memorable group outing or just treat themselves to an exceptional brunch!
It is an awesome venue, like China Grill in South Beach. Beautiful. Food was outrageous. Service could not have been better. The only thing that was alittle weird when we got the bill. The website and advertising for the brunch states bottomless mimosas are part of the fixed price experience, but our bill charged us extra for them. That didn't sit well with us. A little sneaky on their part, and they don't need to do that. Other than that - top notch.
We visited for endless brunch and it was SO fabulous. Beautifully arranged, and the options were delicious from traditional menu offerings to unique breakfast options, and a dessert bar that was to die for.
it was phenomenal from start to finish. The atmosphere alone is enough to impress—dim lighting, gorgeous décor, and that signature TAO vibe that makes the whole place feel special the moment you walk in.
The place is beautiful but the service was terrible. When making a reservation I indicated it was for a birthday. When ordering deserts we asked for a candle. The server brought deserts with no candle. It was so disappointing, basically she destroyed the whole experience. We asked for a candle again and she brought the candle in a... half a strawberry. In a respected restaurant you would try to make it up by bringing at least a new desert. But it looked like people who work there just don't care.
Had a ten o lock redo got to table at 11...... awful service. Food was good too loud, young crowd, I will never go back
Had the pad Thai with shrimp and the beef Mongolian. Both were good. Service was very fast. We were seated by 6:30 and done by 7:15 and had the check by 7:30.
It was my wife's birthday, so our family went out for dinner. The food and wait service were all very good however we waited over an hour between food courses. We were constantly informed, the food was coming, but took an hour to materialize. At that point we asked to bag it in to go containers and asked for the check. Outside of that we were enjoying our time at Tao.

Excellent food and an outstanding atmosphere with impressive decor. Some staff members were very attentive, but at times we were left without follow-up and even mid-order. Overall, it was a great experience, but the service could be more consistent.
Food was the best!!! Highly recommended, we ate at their other location in Miami before and it was amazing too.
Best items: chicken drumsticks, cashew chicken, Buddha box, and donuts.
The egg rolls, lo mein, and orange chicken were okay.
The bao bun, fried rice, and wagyu steak chow fun (too peppery) were all skips.
Service was very fast. Ultimately, the prices are not worth it and if you’re choosing to eat here it’s for the ambiance.

The food was absolutely awful... The service was almost worse... On top of that we got the giant fortune cookie for dessert which was for proceeds to go towards breast cancer awareness, and the fortune in it said your future cure will include implants... My friend that I was with had just gone through breast cancer and a double vasectomy... The fortune was in absolutely poor taste. we will never be going back there.
The food was ok, but the service was disappointing. Our waiter forgot two of our dishes, and although I clearly mentioned my sesame allergy, he told us that none of the dishes contained sesame except for one. We asked to replace that dish, but they still brought us the one with sesame instead of the dish we ordered. I almost ate it. No one apologized, and the dish was still included on the bill even though we didn’t eat it.
