If you can’t eat cheese, don’t bother. Cheese covers up a world of hurt, and without it you’ll pay $16 for a dry sandwich you could make better at home.
They have a vegan cheese but it is soy based. If you can’t eat gluten, and you can’t eat dairy, chances are you don’t do well with soy. Disappointed

Authentic Brazilian coffee spot. The pão de queijo (cheese bread) is delicious and a must-try. The tapioca is also excellent, and the açaí is a great choice for summer. The service is warm and polite—very Brazilian! ;)

As soon as I arrived in New York, I looked for a place near the hotel to have a quick snack before exploring the city. While walking along Columbus Ave, I was recommended to visit TAP NYC – and it was a wonderful surprise!

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is extremely friendly and the menu offers an authentic Brazilian flavor, with options such as tapioca, cheese bread and delicious coffee. I enjoyed the experience so much that I went back twice more during my stay. Without a doubt, when I return to New York, I will make sure to stop by there again, because the combination of delicious food and friendly service makes all the difference!

The friendly staff makes the place even more pleasant. The cheese bread and açaí have exactly the same flavor as if you were enjoying them at 🇧🇷.

Cauã is a 10/10 employee - very friendly and polite.

This was my first time at TAP Brazilian Cafe! It was amazing! I had the pão de queijo which is the best traditional cheese bread I have ever had in my life . It was soft and warm. The bread and cheese that is baked in to the bread melted in my mouth. I also had the Monster Bowl which was outstanding. It was not overly sweet, they used the best bluberries I have ever eaten. They were soft big and juicy. The staff was warm, friendly, attentive and welcoming! Overall it was a perfect experience and I will be returning and recommending to everyone I know!

Always on the lookout for great acai
bowls like in Hawaii, so far our favorite acai place is here in the city. The cheese bread is good too.
