The food is always good and the service is fine...but the portions seem to be shrinking over time.
Food was amazing 10/10 Portion for price wasn't great $29 for the rigatoni pasta dish I could have eaten two but it was really good
WARNING. Be alert of the "Bait & Switch" at Taralluci E Vino. Last Saturday, we had dinner at the NoMad location. {To start, our two 20-something year old daughters ordered glasses of Sauvignon Blanc from the menu} Long after leaving Tarallucci, noticed a $48 charge for 2 glasses of "Simcic Sauvignon Blanc". This was not the wine ordered. In fact, Simcic was not listed on the menu. There was only ONE CHOICE for Sauvignon Blanc (Kossler) at $15. I contacted the restaurant the next business day. The manager acknowledged that Simcic was the "special" wine for the night. He apologized that the server (Marta) did not properly communicate the switch! The manager did not offer anything beyond the apology. This was a first .... and LAST TIME visit especially since the overall service was also lacking.
Met my family for dinner. Host and service was top of the line. Food and drinks delicious. Fair price, great service, and delicious food.
We made a reservation and were promptly seated. It was not very busy so a reservation may not have been needed. We waited about 10 mins before a server came to greet us and give menus. They did not bring water right away. We had to flag the waiter down to then place our order. He did not go over the menu or make any recommendations. We ordered the Salmon Tartar and Ceasar Salad to start. The Salmon Tartar was good, but under seasoned and overwhelmed by the fried leeks on top. The lettuce in the Ceasar had rusty bits on it, but the dressing was very good. The pasta was the best part of our meal, both the rigatoni and cacio el pepe were perfectly el dente, well seasoned and had tons of flavour. The tiramisu was ok. The service was not remarkable, to be fair, maybe it was an off night for that server. The staff person who was clearing our table, he kept a watchful eye, was chatty and cleared things quickly. Overall it was an OK experience, but I'm not sure I would go back given the other options in NYC for a similar price point.
I recently had lunch alone at Tarallucci e Vino NoMad and decided to sit at the bar. I was totally impressed by Anelia, the bartender — she made my day so easy and memorable. When I asked her to surprise me with a cocktail, she whipped up the incredible Golden Hour. Honestly, it should definitely be on the menu — it was delicious, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
I also tried their tiramisu, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had — super creamy with the perfect mix of sweetness and coffee flavor.
Even if you’re dining solo, you’ll never feel alone here. The staff are true pros who make the whole experience warm and welcoming.
Highly recommend checking this place out!🩷
An enjoyable moment to celebrate my Birthday! The staff was amazing, the ambiance and music was cozy and the food was delicious! We were surprised by the ingredients used, very qualitative produce, amazingly put together! Our Waiter was very understanding of the food Allergies I had (eggs and nuts), and let me tell you, it is beyond appreciated when the staff and kitchen are careful with these details, it's the difference between me enjoying my evening, and me rushed to hospital. We will definitely be back for more of that braised Ragu!
I’ve been to this place several times now, and every time I leave even more impressed — especially thanks to Aneliia. She makes the best mocktail I’ve ever had in New York — you can tell it’s made with so much care and love. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and truly elevates the whole experience.
Also, the tiramisu? Out of this world. Light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The vibe here is always cozy and inviting — it’s the kind of place you just want to keep coming back to. Can’t recommend it enough!
The food was quite memorable and served quickly. Generous portions. The service all came with a smile! I can’t ask for more! Get the burrata!
As a passionate foodie, I’m always on the lookout for new culinary gems – and this Italian restaurant absolutely hit the spot. I went with colleagues from the Tourguide industry (thank you Kiara) and we had an incredible evening, but what truly stole the show for me was the appetizer: a small, grilled beef skewer called Arrosticini, from the Abruzzo region of Italy.
It reminded me of something you'd find in Koreatown – beef on a stick – but with that unmistakable Italian flair. I ended up finishing an entire jar. Yes, a whole jar. That’s how good it was.
The flavors were authentic, the service was warm, and the vibe was just right. I already can’t wait to bring my clients here… and this week, I’m taking my parents too.
Five stars and beyond. See you again very soon!

Good food, great service, reasonable prices given the location. We sat on the outside terrace, which was very nice.
A delightful NYC dinner experience, from start to finish. The hostess was kind and friendly. The waiter was patient and helpful with dinner suggestions. We all enjoyed our food choices, drinks, and dessert. We will return.
The food was exquisite and the service staff very attentive and happy to provide recommendations! Great experience all round!
Dinner with my wife and two children was great. It was close to our hotel and we were able to get a last min reservation
The food for the most part was luscious, plentiful, greasy and great. Negatives: the bread bowl was pathetic, awful. Better not to have bread than that lame stuff. My Orchiette was ferociously salty. Everything about it was delicious except for that. Just waaaaay too much salt, and I am very fond of saltiness. Salad was great, my dining partners branzino looked fabulous. The brussels sprouts also were a bit too salty but yummy anyway.
