My family vacationed to NYC last week and Taste Kitchen was a few doors down from our hotel. We love Chinese food, so we popped in the night before flying home. The staff was SO nice, kind, and helpful. Food came out fast and fresh! Isn’t not a large restaurant, so not too many people there, which we loved for a quick break from the loud city streets. We hope to be back!

I work down the block from this restaurant and let me say they have the best food! I know everyone may have their opinions but this particular restaurant is so fresh and the delicately take their time cooking their food to where you can literally taste every flavor/ingredient in each bite. Will highly recommend my favorite dish I usually get when I come is sesame chicken extra crispy with vegetable Lo mein … YUMMM
Totally acceptable chinese food, but far from the best. I'd eat it again but will look to find something a little better next time I'm in the area just the same

The good: -The atmosphere was very homely and welcome. Something you would expect from a Chinese restaurant owned by a family and respects families. -Service: Very fast and very comfortable. The lady serving us was very kind and respectful while also efficient. -The food was very tasty anything we ordered I would say satisfied us greatly.
The bad: -Prices were a bit on the high side. A meal for 2 (all inclusive with tip, side dishes and drinks) as of August 2024 came out at around 65 dollars.
To me it was worth it and I would go again to support the shop.

We were staying near by so popped in one night for a quick takeaway, staff really friendly, ordered chicken fried rice, chips and some dumplings. Can’t fault the food, tasted really good, was quick and hot. Would liked to have come back and tried some different dishes.
