The drinks were all extremely customizable. The place is a bit hard to find, but just find the stairs outside that take you to the second floor.Great snack choices as well.

Not too hard to find. This is located on a walk up to a second floor but the sign is visible from the street and a banner on the staircase to let you know to walk up.
I ordered the lychee lime green tea with aloe toppings. I enjoyed the lime flavor as it wasn't too sour. The tea overall was good but I would go out of My way to get it. I would just go to the closest bubble tea shop instead.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is on a second floor walk up, so it is not wheelchair accessible

The drinks were all extremely customizable as well! This place is a bit tucked away on the second floor of a busy street at a very central location. Great snack choices as well.

Too much wait for only one boba! Not enough staff and they are really slow!

I want to love this place because I live nearby, but both times I’ve gotten Milk Tea (both black and regular) the tea itself tasted burnt/bitter.
I will say, Thai Tea is pretty good.

Everytime something different and it was amazing! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the vibrant atmosphere adds to the overall experience. The sweetness was perfect but I’d ask for less ice.

The place was hard to find, it was on thr second floor of a bigger building. The little spaces where the tables are placed are nice for aesthetic, but really, they’re a tripping hazard. The table that we sat at was very broken and would wobble if you put a little bit of weight on it, the taro milk tea says that it comes with lychee but it doesnt, and it lacked flavor. The service was fine but it wasnt enough to compensate for everything else, don’t recommend.

Restaurantji Recommends
I was in NYC for 4 nights and went to the shop every day to drink it. It had a delicious strong tea flavor and lots of toppings. Reasonable prices compared to other milk tea shops in NYC, and better than places with high ratings. Highly recommend trying. The shop is located on the 2nd floor, slightly hidden.

Ordered the Japanese Blossom Jelly via DoorDash and they sent me one with mold. Called them multiple times and they refused to answer.

used to be my favorite bubble tea place, but I’m not sure if I want to visit again. there was a couple ordering from the automatic kiosk so the staff asked me whether I was ready to order in person. So I did order a a milk tea and specifically said zero sugar two times. well, now I have a milk tea with sugar in it. Apparently the staff pays no attention to the customers. Very disappointing.
Edit - Happened today around 2pm or so. I had to catch the subway so didn’t have chance to have it then. Realized by the time I was at the subway station.
