I ordered zero-sugar bubble tea, but it was sweet as hell due to the unbelievable amount of syrup. I'm scared to imagine what it tastes like when someone orders 100% sugar. It was impossible to drink after a few sips. I ended up spitting the last one into the toilet. Seriously, you should be more mindful. If a customer asks for zero sugar, don't load it with syrup - just use a reasonable amount.
The staff attitude is very unprofessional. The drink is not at all like the picture. (
They mixed fruit tea and foam together without asking the customer and the staff's service attitude was very bad.
Smoothie is super watery
Super cute spot!
Located just a bit outside of time square if you need a break from the chaos.
It’s upstairs, super cute seating, and is open late!
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and what some tea!
I got a black sugar tea to go and it had a good, sweet flavor.
great prices, good amount of seating, AND open late!!!! it took a long time and the drinks were ok but honestly i give so much weight to being open until 1:30am bc i feel like that’s so rare
Love this place!
I ordered on ubereats this evening. However the restaurant said I called to cancel the order but I never did. They just canceled the order themselves and ate the 21 dollars.
It was great. Love it’s location

Good tea!
The attention is awful! And the bubble tea is not what it is shown in the pictures! It was a bad experience.
had great tea yesterday, when the guy was able to accommodate our request for low sugar. went today and the lady was very short with us and firm that she couldn't go below 75% sugar- honestly took her forever to take our order after circling back to the counter multiple times to make teas for doordash orders. like why when there's a whole line of people behind us is she rushing to fulfill those?? one tea came with a bunch of mixed jellies that she didn't tell us about when we requested a topping to be added- since we requested a topping added, she should've asked if we were okay with the (gross) mixed jellies that for some reason came with the drink. ordered bao buns which didn't come when our drinks were ready, after waiting like 10mins i asked if they were ready, she was back with them in a minute. really they should probably have more than one person running the show, because the customer experience suffers greatly when the only employee is obviously super stressed.
Came here the day before and loved it. I'm not a fan of sugary drinks nor certain textures, so I got a grapefruit and yogurt boba with aloe that was 25% sweetness. The cashier in the front warned me it might not taste the best, but did it for me no problem once i reassured him jt was fine. loved the drink. Went there again today later and wanted to try something different. It was pretty late, so I was surprised when I walked in and the lady at the register was a little busy. I waited for her to finish making the drinks to order. She was pretty rude and short, which was understandable to me as she had been pretty busy and it was late. She told me there's a self checkout next to me and I told her I would prefer ordering with her as I wanted a specific modification (less sugar). When I told her what I wanted she said she won't do that and that the lowest is 75% sweetness. She was making drinks and kind of ignoring me for a bit until she circled back to me. I told her I wanted the passionfruit one with as low sugar she can go with aloe. She corrects me saying 75% sugar, i said yes the lowest one you can, and she turns around and starts making another order. When she circles back to me again she goes so what did you want. I repeat my order, already a little annoyed, and my partner orders his tea and two bao buns. We pay, he tips (which we both agreed later it was more out of understanding how busy and stressed she was at the moment and NOT because of service.. service was awful). I get my drink and it has some jellies in it i did not order nor did I want. My partner tries to get it changed for me she says it was correct he points to the picture above her, and she says the pictures are not correct. Bao Buns took long, but when my partner asked if they were ready she walked to the back and got them immediately... Almost like they were ready the whole time. They were lukewarm and not hot. Long story short, had to take the loss on this one and walked away with a drink i knew i wasn't gonna like and some mediocre bao buns. Not a great experience overall.
Was going to leave a two star review for my experience yesterday, but the passionfruit tea was truly that bad.
Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes, lady didnt offer help or take our order so we used the digital monitor to order… later asian people came in and she immediately came to the desk to take their order. Great service! Lol
