Celebrated a birthday dinner here and everything was amazing! Chryssa, the manager took such great care of us and made the whole night feel special. The food, drinks, and desserts were all excellent, and the service was attentive and welcoming from start to finish. Truly a great experience, definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I arrived at T bar wearing nothing. They greeted me, skeptical. However, my self confidence is high and they seemed to be distracted by that, rather than focusing on my lack of clothes. I sat at the bar and drank until I could no longer stand. The bar tender was assuring and comforting. I paid my tab and fell into a deep sleep in a nearby alley. Highly recommend.

When you walk in to TBar, you are transported into an incredibly chic space that has 3 floors of dining rooms and bar/lounge areas that are individually decorated with amazing wallpapers, insane light fixtures and perfectly slightly dimmed lighting. After you are blown away by the decor, the food that follows is just as incredible! It is rare I give a restaurant 5 stars across the board but not only can the bartenders make a PERFECT Negroni, I had the pleasure of meeting Derek Axelrod, one of the owners and seriously one of nicest and sincerest people I have come across, and asked what I should order. He recommended the mushroom rice balls which were so beautifully creamy and delicious and Chicken Milanese which has become one of my all time favorite dishes. (I thought I made a great Chicken Milanese but I have changed how I prepare it at home now based on how they serve it at TBar). The chicken is so tender, has this umptuous butteriness and it somehow stays uniformly crispy underneath the perfectly dressed chopped salad all the way through the last bite! Such a simple dish that they somehow make complex in flavor in the best possible way! I had to do some holiday shopping the other night at Bloomingdale’s around the corner, after work, and went and sat at the bar alone and ordered a Negroni and Chicken Milanese… I had literally been thinking about it since I had it there weeks earlier. It did NOT disappoint! This is a perfect place for a girls’ night out, a date night, or a business lunch/dinner. If you want to impress your guests, TBar will blow them away!

The triple cheese pizza, black linguini,short ribs with the best mashed potatoes I ever tasted , and warm apple crisp for dessert were all cooked and baked to perfection. Had a reservation at 10:30 PM via Resy. I showed up hungry, ready to eat only to be told the restaurant was closed for the evening. I understood it’s a later reservation but why offer the time slot if you’re closing down? Very unprofessional.

This was a very clean place nestled in a good area of the city, the price is a tad high, but you get what you pay for. The food has PUNCH. The steak was flavorful. The focaccia bread was crusty and buttery. They use high-quality olive oil and the mac & cheese was made of some of the sharpest cheese I’ve had. If you’re looking for a mild average, cheap run-of-the-mill dinner, this is not the place, but if you’re hungry, and have been walking around the city all day and are in the mood for something filling 10/10

Words can’t explain how disappointed I am in this establishment.
My family and I come here often: whenever we don’t want to venture out into the city, after shopping in Manhasset, or if we need somewhere more quiet to host groups of friends. The food isn’t spectacular (it has a few highlights like the squid ink linguine though some dishes like the porterhouse needs work). But it still has a decent ambiance to bring guests to, especially when you’re tired of T-bar and the other options nearby.
We came here on Mother’s Day weekend (May 10th) for dinner straight from home and left our car in valet. Usually we self-park when possible but it was too packed to do so. We left late at night after dinner going straight home, and the next day (Sunday) we saw that the back right wheel of our car was scratched by something green. I immediately called T-bar that night and they told me to call the valet service, who very unprofessionally blew up at me on the phone.
Naturally, the valet service then informed me a week later that no one knows anything and hasn’t provided me any details of where our Porsche was parked or camera coverage. I literally have a time stamped snap of me unloading presents from the car right before we left for dinner that shows the vehicle was unscratched, and yet NO one has taken any responsibility or has had the decency to follow up.
We immediately went back to talk to the manager who assured us he’d speak with the owner and give us a resolution. But it has now passed FATHERS DAY and all that has happened is them passing the ball to each other and telling us there’ll be an update next week. There’s still been no resolution OVER A MONTH — absolutely zero regard for their customers that come here regularly.
They've completely failed to take responsibility when something went wrong under their watch. Until this is properly resolved, we won't be returning, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid or risk having your own vehicle damaged with no accountability.
A good steak house, not the only one in Manhattan, be quite typical: not much space, loud, and good. Good level of service, and, of course, not cheap.

This was overall a pleasant spot for a quiet Sunday brunch. Pleasant decor and a menu of elevate brunch plates. I went with the burger and it was a winner - the quality of the beef was top notch and it was perfectly cooked. My partner’s avocado toasted with poached eggs was also quite nice. Service was a bit lackluster and there were a couple of times it was hard to get the attention of our waiter. On the strength of the food though, I’d give this place another try.

Booked a week before for 21:30 on December 24, I am then confirmed the time the day before. The same afternoon of December 24 is instead moved the time by bringing it forward to 19:30 via email, justifying the change of time by bringing forward the closure of the kitchen to 8 since it was Christmas Eve. Maybe they should have said it before... obviously we couldn't go and since it was Christmas Eve it was impossible to book elsewhere. Unacceptable!
