Went yesterday around 9pm and ummm the guy at the register, gave me the wrong amount of change and I noticed him putting the two bucks in the tips without asking me. That was extremely rude of him for doing that and I didn’t say anything about it because I thought “maybe he needs it more than me” but to charge me incorrectly and take it as tips without asking or waiting to see if I’d tip was extremely horrible service. I still love the tea, it’s amazing but I will be taking my money elsewhere

The bubble tea used to be better for the price. The service is super fast but the quality of tapioca is low. Watery, as other reviews have said. Also you have to stir your own drinks..

Disgusted to say the least. I ordered a chai milk tea with boba and received a milky clumpy mixture; no matter how much I shake or stir, these clumps of what tastes like graham cracker dust won’t dissolve.

To keep it succinct, Boba was very thin (watery) as mentioned in other reviews and very expensive (S 6.75 M $8.50 and L $10~) compared to other places like Gongcha. It was also very sweet for “regular sugar” and overall, it was just mediocre. I did like the matcha/brown sugar flavoring though and how they didn’t overload the drink with ice.
Clean atmosphere and good staff! Probably would not return though.
From a honest viewpoint from a local, gongcha or any other major boba chains are a lot better and cheaper than this.
