Telegraphe Cafe is a charming, tucked-away coffee spot in Chelsea that feels like a well-kept secret. With its exposed brick walls, handwritten menus, and mellow vibe, it’s the kind of café that invites you to slow down. It has a cozy, local feel like a place built more on community and craft than trends. Whether you're looking for a quiet corner to read or a mid-day coffee break, this spot delivers.

I ordered a cortado and a chocolate croissant, and both were excellent. The coffee had depth and richness without being overpowering, and the croissant was fresh, flaky, and not overly sweet. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and grounded. If you love places that combine good coffee with unpretentious charm, Telegraphe Cafe is worth seeking out.

Such a nice little spot. I'm not a big fan of quiches but I just got one because I expected a small little snack. Nope, it was huge and it was delicious. I had it a few weeks ago, but I randomly thought about it. What a nice place.

Cool little coffee shop. The staff is what makes the difference here. They have AC which is welcome during hot and sticky days. Coffee and pastries are decent.

There was only 1 person working the register and one person working the kitchen area. The service was slowww. For a toasted bun and a chai latte I waited 10-15 minutes

Honestly this may be the best Cafe in Manhattan. I use to come here all the time years ago when I worked in the area. It was delicious then and delicious now! Consistently amazing food. Healthy but absolutely delicious. And the staff is personable and lovely. A must if you are in the area!

Non bias review: Though it may not sound like it, the previous owners made this spot a total gem; with amazing customer service and good eats. The current owners didn’t deliver the same quality and customer service lacked to say the least. I feel they have finally gotten it together, I mean it’s been about 5 years or so and one would have to succeed in Chelsea. They still have the best coffee in all Chelsea and beyond. The food has gotten better but still needs help.

One of my favorites! The mushroom and artichoke quiche is delicious, especially paired with the salad. My go-to is their iced vanilla chai latte — so good! It’s a super cute café with plenty of seating. Highly recommend!
