We had a group of people meeting to get drinks. Three people were standing because there weren’t enough seats. We were asked to leave because we had “too many people standing”. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life. This place isn’t for me #neveragain

Lovely wine bar in the village. We went here for post-dinner drinks and really enjoyed the spot. Energetic crowd, great service, and good food whether you’re in the mood for a meal or snack. Wine selection isnt the cheapest for NYC, but the selection is also good, so you get what you pay for.

Brian at the bar was awesome. Super nice gave a great recommendation on a red that was super reasonably priced. And the food was awesome. Really big call out to John the Chef who designed one of the best most complete pit beef sandwiches I've ever had. People were looking over at us after the obnoxiously loud reaction we had when we tasted that thing. It was incredible.
Vibe is quiet and welcoming. It's a great spot

Temperance Bar feels like my little secret spot. 🥂 The wine list is perfection (and I’m pretty picky 😂). Their Brut Nature is my absolute favorite — I come back for it every time. I recently tried the mussels and OMG… total foodgasm! The service is exceptional, and Brian always makes you feel like a VIP. Can’t recommend it enough!

This was OK. The day I went there was no AC and couldn't stay long . Our main server was a little bit pushy (everyone was polite). The whine selection was great however. Given the competition around the area and all the great places I would skip .

Service was attentive but not intruding, excellent check-in pacing. The fries were top tier which is surprising from a wine bar, a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is buzzy, but a little loud for casual conversation. The selection is expansive and the server guided me through it well and I discovered a couple of wines I may not have otherwise. Cheers!
