strong tea flavor. great service; they let me sample three of their teas. clean and beautiful space featuring a bunch of tea that you can take home!
Ten Ren's Tea is a top destination for quality bubble tea, especially for those who appreciate genuine tea flavor. The tea was absolutely delicious. The sugar level was appropriate, which allowed the true taste of the tea to come through. The service was quick and friendly, making for a pleasant and efficient experience. While the prices were a little high, the overall high quality tea made it worth it.
This place is beautiful. Just went in with my boyfriend and had great customer service.
Actually frequent this tea house often in Canada and glad to see it in NYC Chinatown at well. Authentic tea taste with fun casual drinks and boba as well as an excellent selection of tea leaves for sincere tea drinkers. And can learn quite a bit too. Nice shell that's not your total boba Cafe 🤩. A Very nice shop and worth getting a drink, any drink of tea here 👍
Ordered the large black milk bubble tea, Lychee bubble tea and Jasmine green tea bubble tea with 50% sugar and no ice.
The tea here is the real deal, I'm not just talking about the to go tea, the store in the back is amazing, sometimes they even have samples, if you are a tea head like me, this is the place to go, they have all kind of Chinese tea, herbs and ginseng too!! If you are looking for a gift for somebody that who loves tea this is a good option
The staff can be lost in translation, and this is a true authentic chinese store so don't expect the best costumer service 😂, but they are nice and cool if you go straight to the point and you kind of know what you want. Is a old school Chinese store
I hardly ever write reviews but OMG they have some serious attitude problem lmaooo the side eyes went crazy! The tea are really sweet and strong, 7.5/10
It is located at the center of Chinatown, which is a must visit area in New York City. I tried a Matcha Latte without the black balls (don’t know the name) and it was perfect. Not too sweet nor bitter. I highly recommend it!!
Dietary restrictions: The server is very helpful and accommodating to any request.

Great jasmine green tea with lychee jelly. A bit pricey—$6.50 and they don’t have a bathroom which isn’t ideal for a tea shop. The tea was excellent though!

TenRens been closing in LA Socal, so its nice to see a Ten Ren still exist in NY. They are known for selling tea leafs. When you enter the shop, you will smell the tea.
It is located in the center of Chinatown, there isn't parking around as it is in the middle of NY.
However we tried this place once but the tea was slightly too sweet in my honest opinion. The guy tried diluting it twice, but really I wish he would've just fixed the drink instead.
The staff were okay, but because when we went it was a bit empty, it made it less inviting to go.
Kinda pricy for the drinks too

Let them know it was too sweet. Shrugged their shoulders and said the powders already sweet. not an authentic experience. no bathroom even though they have one. if you buy something they still will not let you use it. Counter guy was nice. But I wouldn’t go here again. Bad customer service policy. I had two sips. And they wouldn’t remake or fix it. don’t waste your money. It’s not worth saving the 2 to 4 dollars Because the tea isn’t any good

The best tasting milk tea I think in all of China town. You can taste the string tea flavor and it's decently cheap ($6 for a large milk tea). Highly recommend!
