Ten Thousand Coffee

Visited Ten Thousand Coffee NYC, and ordered their Einspänner. The coffee had a beautifully creamy texture with a well-balanced, rich flavor profile. While the mid-size drink was priced at approximately $9, the quality and overall experience justified the cost. A solid choice for those looking for a thoughtfully crafted coffee in a busy area like Times Square.

I was very disappointed with my experience at 10,000 Coffee. We tried three different items that were recommended to us, and unfortunately we didn’t like any of them. The flavors just didn’t hit for us at all. The only positive part of the visit was the staff, who were very nice and welcoming. That’s honestly the only reason this place gets two stars instead of one.

very passive aggressive cashiers near closing time. low customer service. over priced, powdery matcha not well mixed.

The server was rude and was not welcoming at all. Not only that but for how expensive the matcha latte was, it was chalky and powdery. Never coming back.

This used be my fav coffee shop in nyc and I’ve been here so many times. The previous barista was able to replace a non decaf version to decaf when they made it wrong. But this cashier woman showed her grumpy face the whole time while I politely smilingly asked questions

My friend also observed that she kept her grumpy face for every customer.

I don’t feel bad for myself but how bad this owner know how this cashier is treating customers but still not fired her

I ordered a cold matcha einspinner and it was delicious!
The combination of the creme, matcha and expresso was worth the expensive price.

Pretty good overall experience. Especially after returning after a years worth 👌

Try their HOT black sesame einspanner . Taste good actually , only the sesame paste they put is cold ,so my hot coffee become room temperature..lol but taste wise it’s good 👍🏻

The coffee itself was fine, but we had to wait around 10-15 minutes for a simple Americano. During that time, the barista was literally dancing, having breakfast, and serving other people. After everyone else was served, two baristas were just standing there, so I finally asked what happened to my order. Only then did she decide to make it, with an attitude implying, “Oh right, you ordered an Americano.”

I’m sure I didn’t do anything to deserve that treatment — maybe I just tipped around 10%, but come on, it’s an Americano. What made it worse is that no one even apologized. As tourists visiting the city, this experience made for a really unpleasant start to the day for me and my wife.
