The coffee itself was not of high quality. We purchased their two specialty drinks. One of which tasted like milk on ice for approximately $7 (US). It had an espresso cream on top that was sub par. The second specialty drinks was very bitter and in no way tasted like a tiramisu. All in all, not worth it. Product is not great and price is ridiculous.

I like the drinks here but The staffs especially in the morning are so rude and then not working properly.

Wouldn’t accept cash, even though they have a cash drawer and we had the exact amount ☹️ weird.

I’ve been a returning customer multiple times and always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed.

I ordered my usual large latte, but the male barista twice called out “matcha latte.” Confused, I politely asked if the drink was a matcha or the large latte I ordered. He seemed stuck for a moment, refused to acknowledge that he had said “matcha latte,” and responded with visible annoyance. And just let out a dismissive “tsk” sound, which felt unnecessary.

I understand that everyone can have tough days, but the atmosphere felt unexpectedly hostile, not the warm, welcoming vibe I used to love. Sadly, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

My wife took the family on an adventure around the city.

I just had breakfast like 30 minutes ago, so I wasn't feeling to get another coffee drink.

She got a matcha drink, which looked really good.

The vibe of the place is super cool and laid back. So laid back that I don't think they really take the time to clean the bathrooms, but that's something we did not go for.

The coffees looked really good, and they loved them.

Okay place. Coffee is passable. They serve it only in plastic cups.

It was phenomenal. I got the einspanner and my mom got the hot Americano with heavy cream. The Einspanner was slightly sweet but I absolutely loved the Americano, the flavor of the beans was phenomenal

They were fast and reasonably priced. There’s lots of seating and it’s clean and an easy place to chill. The coffee was so good! And creamy!

First time trying out 10000, attracted by its contemporary decor and hip vibe. The shop has a overall clean look to it due to the interior colors are mainly white or neutral. Great branding strategy with the merch corner shelves displays.

I am normally a black coffee or expresso drinker and this time decided to give their signatures a try, and had the Einspanner….way too sweet for my taste.

Others in the group had the Matcha Einspanner, chocolate pound cake and new york roll with matcha cream. And …
The bakery items were delicious, but definitely not fresh made from that day. This is the another down side with coffee shops that don’t have their won bakery attached.

Service: from since we entering the shop to order to pick up the order, there were no smile on the workers faces, nor a friendly tone in communication, just felt so cold from service to attitudes. Maybe this is a NewYorker thing??? I doubt. And… they forgot to give us one of our orders, we waited and waited, ended up had to get back to counter to ask.

Value: for new york standard, their pricing is comparable. Most of the items on the menu are priced reasonable.

Given the limited number of seatings in the shop, definitely do not recommend for large group, unless is for take out orders.

While the coffee was good, I didn't tip the barista and then she literally sprayed me with dirty coffee water. I understand that baristas don't get paid much are dependent on tips but maybe direct that anger towards your employer? 0/10 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I tried their famous Einspanner coffee and it did not disappoint!!! Rainy afternoon walk in NYC was worth it!! 🥰

Seating capacity in the store was limited and I went on a weekend that’s why it was packed. Paid 7.57 for this drink including tax. 🤎

I finally got the chance to visit this café over the weekend after hearing so much about it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-branded and unique the space felt—it really left a strong impression.

I ordered the Matcha Einspänner with oat milk, and honestly, it’s one of the best drinks I’ve had in the city. The matcha flavor was perfectly balanced, and the drink was so smooth and satisfying. Most places are good for a one-time visit, but this is definitely a spot I can see myself coming back to regularly. Highly recommend!
