It looks good inside but drinks we had were too sweet. Also it was in a regular paper cup so you couldn’t see the beautiful layers of the drink. Maybe other drinks would be better

There’s a sign on the door that says they close at 6 PM on weekdays. Went on weekday, and the doors were locked at 4:50 PM. The workers looked at me and my friend outside of the glass door while we were confused. Not a peep from them. It’s ok to close doors early if staff needs to, but at least change your hours on the door and websites if this is constant (another review complained they closed it at 4:30 PM). You’re making people waste trips for no reason.

Got here today at 4:30 and the barista already locked and closed the door. It clearly says they are open until 5. We saw a male just standing behind the coffee bar, didn’t look up when we tried to open the door. Not sure why the store has hours if they don’t follow them.

regular as hell coffee spot for how garbage the service is. will say, isnt the employees fault necessarily, they get too many customers in that high traffic spot for one employee to do the register + make all the coffees. Theyre trying to franchise + seem consistently understaffed, that says theyre a questionable company.
waited 20 mins for a coffee they forgot about, then when i told the seemingly disgruntled overworked employee about it, they acted like they gifted me the coffee.

If you enjoy overpriced coffee and poor service, this is the spot for you! The baristas here seem careless, giving your order to someone else, and when you point it out, they respond with attitude.
Nice clean place to order take out coffee and pastries. No indoor seating space. Quick service. Iced Einspanner was delicious ❤️.

Not great, they dont make a traditional cappuccino, a small is 12oz and large is 16oz which make no sense since their lattée is the same sizes, not sure what the difference is. (Cappuccino should be 6-8oz max so theres room for foam) Coffee is just okay but for the price it should be excellent. Its a small thing but they only have paper cups despite having a table outside. I gave this a try but id rather just go to blue bottle next time. Disappointed

Tried the matcha einspanner and it was very sweet (not my preference) but it was still delicious. I did try to get another latte iced but they couldn’t do it for me, and then offered to give me a up of ice so I could make it iced myself - which I turned down as it was just a bit much. Understandable since they didn’t want to be held responsible for the taste since they haven’t perfected an iced version of it.
